It was sort of an emergency and they came out right away. So it was an excellent responsiveness.

After getting 4 quotes to replace my furnace and add central air, I chose Kafin Oil because of the following: Ben, who came to assess my situation, knew his stuff. He did not try to oversell me or under sell me. He was the only one who seemed to know exactly what was needed to get the job done, without making it over complicated. He was very friendly, and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am pretty sure that Ben is one of the owners, or the owner of the company. Everything was done on time and as quoted and promised. It took 2 days to complete the job, as quoted. The 3 gentlemen who worked the job, Mario, John and Kirby, were very professional, polite and knew what they were doing. I have no bulkhead so it was a real challenge getting my old 50 year old furnace out of the house. But they did it without damaging anything. They worked really hard and finished the job on time. On the administrative side of things, I dealt mostly with Helen, who was awesome!

The A/C went out for one of my tenants in MA. They took keys to the apartment, with the tenant's permission and were able to go the next day. I didn't have to think about a thing. They called to coordinate with the tenant and my tenant was very happy with the work. Kafin went out of their normal service area and I was happy to pay for any additional cost for their travel time since I was pleased to have someone go whose work I was familiar with and trusted. I highly recommend Kafin Oil. They are professional and prompt. I have been very pleased with their service each time I used them, and was especially pleased this time.

THE PRICE IS HIGH, BUT ALL GAS IS HIGH PRICED RIGHT NOW. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT IN RETURNING MY CALLS. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE ALRIGHT. THEY HAVE THEIR FAULTS. I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN THEY SEND NEW PEOPLE OUT. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THE MAN I DEALT WITH LET ME PAY THE LOWEST PRICE. HE WAS VERY RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE AND EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. HE WAS ALSO HONEST AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. HIS HELPERS WERE CLEAN AND POLITE.
