"Billy work great with us, providing a unique front landscape design for our newly constructed home. He was very flexible incorporating our thoughts on our plants along with his design. He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal. "We are extremely disappointed. I specifically asked if there were any hidden charges, not included, to clean all of our air ducts. I was assured there were no hidden fees. They said this super high powered vacuum would clean ALL air vents and that a deodorizer was included fed to keep our air fresh. Ben and a helper arrived and placed a vacuum loosely over one supply vent in the living room. Then he walked around and opened vents in other rooms. After about 10 minutes or so he tells us that it will be hundreds more to clean out the supply and return air vents. We told him we couldn?t afford that. We were assured ALL vents and deodorizer was included. We live off social security and my husband is in disability. So Ben and his partner went outside and sat in their truck for approximately 15 more minutes, then came in and loaded their vacuum and asked for $129 plus tax totalling around $146. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "GREAT EXPERIENCE! The owner, Jeff, was extremely good to work with and his crew was efficient, on time and professional. This was a complete tear off & decking install as required by code because the roof had the original cedar shakes under a 20+ year old roof & no decking. The whole thing took less than 2 days including clean up. The clean up required to get rid of the cedar shakes was monumental, but Jeff's guys did an outstanding job! Workmanship was great and materials high quality. Jeff offered options for roof vents and shingle styles. A very good value. Finally, after completing the roof, Jeff helped us find a great buy on new gutter guard materials. Definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and would use them again. Jim"
