Haven't had a chance to live wth our new tankless heater yet but the service was great. These guys are professional and the cost was very reasonable. Would hire them again.

Very Professional. I am so impressed by their service and cost of the project. I wish we would have known about this company before we installed a new furnace/AC system a few years ago. If we need anything else done we will contact them directly.

Did not get tankless water heater due to added expense to upgrade electrical panel. did get traditional water heater installed. Installation was convenient for me and tech was on time and did installation and removal of old water heater. Clean and efficient and wore a mask as requested. Price was reasonable. Good communicatoin with sales rep.

Thy arrived on time, completed the work requested in a timely manner, explained the operation of the unit and cleaned up after themselves. All in all they did a fantastic job. The customer service rep checked in on the install to see how things were going. They will be my plumber of choice in the future.

Our tankless hot water heater was leaking bad. Since we have never had one before, David was very knowledgeable on what steps needed to correct. JF Denney installed a new Rinnai heater and we couldn’t be happier. The technicians were fast and efficient on the install. If I could give this company 3 thumbs up I would. Highly recommend

Top notch service. Customer Service called to say the technician was on their way. Once the technician arrived, they laid out tarp to protect the carpet and flooring with the removal of the old water heater. Did a great job installing the tankless water heater, explaining the system and what needs to be done/checked periodically, and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely request a quote from JF Denney for other pluming projects in the house.

Very pleased with this company. Jared was very professional with installation and cleanup.

I had several bids for a tankless water heater in my house and JF Denney was the most up-front of all of them. Everyone else goes through some smoke and mirror sales tactics (to be expected, no offense to them) but JFD was the only ones to quote me a range before even showing up to my house. I love that transparency! Their bid was very fair, I thought, Denay was a please to work with when she came out to do the bid; very straight-forward and knowledgeable, Kyle came out 3 days before the install to double-check the area and make sure everything was accessible and he was just as nice, and the installers were thorough, friendly and did a fantastic job without leaving any extra mess. I would highly, highly recommend JFD for their tankless heaters and will definitely look to use them again when I need future plumbing work!

Get the quote in writing. They are opportunists. I have never felt so ripped off. I contacted J.F.Denney to schedule an appointment to replace a Moen Posi-temp shower cartridge which retails for $46.48 at HomeDepot. I am sure the contractor price is around $35. https://www.homedepot.com/p/MOEN-Posi-Temp-Pressure-Balanced-Shower-Cartridge-1222/202059049 It is a 15 minute install as can be seen on the HD video. It was a standard service call (on a Tuesday, non-emergency during regular work hours, scheduled 4 days after my call). Labor 30min - 1 hours would normally be $75 - $125. So the total should be around $125-$175. Instead, JF Denney charged $273.30. Wow, I know right. That's is crazy price gouging. I contacted them 3 times to ask why the quote was $125 but the bill was $273 but they ignored me. In the future, I will not call J F Denney. They trade on their 30+ year reputation, but the current owners seem to be all about the money, not the quality.

Very friendly

I am very pleased with the service I received. Jared arrived at the expected time, went right to work and was done in less than 2 hours. My new Kinetico water softener system is in place and I can already tell a difference in my water. Everything was cleaned up and neat. He even looked at a faucet I was having a problem with. Denay showed up about the time Jared was finishing and went over my new system with me. Both Denay and Jared are very nice, competent people. The fact that Denay will be coming back in a couple of weeks to check on things shows how much they care about what they do.
