Roman is extremely responsive and easy to work with. I was especially pleased he was able to replace an outdoor light on the retaining wall, saving me the effort of contracting and coordinating an electrician. The work was high quality and completed quickly. He worked the weekend to take advantage of good weather, avoiding a potential delay due to cold weather.

Roman arrived on time and inspected the mortar on my fireplace chimney. He explained the work that needed to be done and gave me his estimate. He returned on time to begin the work. He answered the questions I had and completed the work in 2 days as promised. He cleaned up the work site and you would never know he had been there. I am very pleased with his work. Would highly recommend him.

I was very happy with the way it went. The weather kept pushing the project, but I was glad Roman kept communicating with updates. That goes along way with me! I've had terrible experiences in the past with that.

Roman promptly arrived and expeditiously delivered an estimate, which we accepted after only slight consultation w/ a relative in Iowa who is himself a builder and knows things. He said the price sounded about right if not even better than that for the work that needed to be done, and that was good enough for us. Well, Roman got to the job sooner even that he predicted he would be able to, worked diligently for a few days, and finished up this afternoon. I am convinced I will not need another mason to work on my house for the rest of my life. Roman is a great guy, a skilled craftsman, and I would recommend him for any job you may have that requires his skills. My experience with Brick Pros, in fact, has sold me on Angie's List, too. Highly recommend, great experience from beginning to end! I've had quite a few people working on one thing or another in my home over the years. Roman and Brick Pros, without a doubt, have been the best in terms of price, value, and workmanship.

Roman responded quickly to our request. He arrived on time. He worked quickly , had all the materials as promised, and was neat and tidy with his work and clean up. He is a very good brick mason and we will use him again for a larger job this coming fall.

Roman provided a bid within days of being contacted. Although he said they were about 6 weeks out on jobs, he was able to squeeze us in before that. The job was done in three days, looks great, and they left the work area like they had never been there.

We received a visit and bid right away. The bid was reasonable and they worked with the winter weather and our schedule to get our chimney repaired as quickly as possible. We are pleased with the job they did and found them pleasant to work with.

They were later getting the job started than originally estimated. Once the job was started they worked steadily through completion. Good workmanship, flexibility in adjusting the scope of job as they went along. Easy to work with and professional. Gave a detailed estimate up front and stuck with it.

Brick Pros did an excellent job with both projects. The task of leveling the sunken pavers was quite difficult, requiring a very organized plan. Brick Pros LLC had the experience and resources to complete with our great appreciation.

The job went very well. Complete brick tear down and replace. We were notified during all phases of the job. Very satisfied with work completed.

Amazing ... the rating system here doesn't even cover how happy I am with the work they did! Work site was kept so clean, no damage done to even existing plants that I had left not wanting to move! The old brick had not been secured to the house properly and was falling forward, cracking and it was just a matter of time before it was in the lawn, not on my home. Roman and his helper were just amazing. I have not one complaint ... even the price was much less than I had expected to pay ... existing brick was matched perfectly! Perfectionists, would absolutely have them return to fix any problems that come up in the future on my old home!

They repaired our crumbling front door steps and pathway and did a fantastic job. Very hard workers! I would definitely hire Brick Pros again.
