We are extremely disappointed. I specifically asked if there were any hidden charges, not included, to clean all of our air ducts. I was assured there were no hidden fees. They said this super high powered vacuum would clean ALL air vents and that a deodorizer was included fed to keep our air fresh. Ben and a helper arrived and placed a vacuum loosely over one supply vent in the living room. Then he walked around and opened vents in other rooms. After about 10 minutes or so he tells us that it will be hundreds more to clean out the supply and return air vents. We told him we couldn?t afford that. We were assured ALL vents and deodorizer was included. We live off social security and my husband is in disability. So Ben and his partner went outside and sat in their truck for approximately 15 more minutes, then came in and loaded their vacuum and asked for $129 plus tax totalling around $146. commination difficult with tech who showed up although friendly and professional. And I expected more for the $139 than a vacuum hooked up to one vent to suck out dust. Did ask if additional cleaning was wanted for an additional $50 a vent. which, in my case, could have cost up to $1,000. Tech did show me how to take old vents off properly instead of damaging my walls, which I appreciated. My vents were extremely filthy, so my expectations were probably too high.

Ben was my service man, He was very personable and professional. Price was higher than I expected but we were able to negotiated. Next time I will definitely hire them.

Hired them to clean my chimney. The original tech spent most of his time trying to up-sell me. When I declined he stopped cleaning at one point and wanted more money to finish. When I told him to leave he agreed to finish for original price. Didn't sweep chimney from top, only vacuumed debris from the bottom. totally left the damper out of place which I then had to fix after he left which was not easy. Mgmt called me about review and wanted to make it right but then failed to follow up as they promised. Awful experience all around.

Naor came explained to me what he was here to do. I admired how neat he was and the respect he gave my home by putting on shoe covers. He offered suggestions on things I could do, showed me how to use my fireplace and left my home all the better for him having come. Kudos! He represents your company very well.
