Technician was on time and was very pleasant. He went over the service agreement again with me and answered all my questions. He then treated the entire house, inside and out. He was very pleasant to work with and very professional. Insight should be glad to have him as a representative of their company.

Pre caution pest control inside the house, as well as outside. My biggest problem was fire ants. My technician Brandon understood my concerns for the fire ants as well as making sure instead of just hitting the fire ants throughout my front yard and backyard, he also covered the entire backyard as well when I told him I was concerned because I noticed when my dogs would come in they were chewing at their paws because of the fire ants. He understood that my fur babies are just as important as my kids. He also was patient with me when I asked him again that in no way would this harm or effect my daughter's hedgehog as he is an exotic pet and if anything happened to him my daughter would be devistated. Brandon insured me that the products are in fact pet friendly as that's their goal is pet friendly products and that the spray they use outside dries in 5 minutes.

Two technicians, Jesse and Daniel showed up 10 minutes early. They introduced themselves and thoroughly explained what they were going to do. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were very professional.

I have had trouble for several years with moles in my front yard and back. During the summer there are also numerous fire ant hills that come up. I've occasionally had the typical bugs like sugar ants, roaches, spiders, & silverfish. Insight Pest Solutions treated for everything at a very reasonable cost.

It was kind of hard getting scheduled. There was some confusion and I had several attempts before they came. But when they came they did the job well.

Excellent! Jordan was our technician for the visit and he did a great job. Spent time moving around the outside of the house and making sure he got all the problem areas. Just like all the other technicians that have come out for us he was very knowledgable and was able to tell us what the insects were and where they may be getting in from. The customer service staff are also very friendly and prompt in getting back to you. I have had to reschedule a number of times and they have been very accommodating!

Insight advertises that within 14 days, pests will be gone. Sure enough, within two weeks, we were bug free. HOWEVER, their Auto-call visit reminder system needs to be stomped on and killed. For over a year, I dealt with "no shows" and quarterly treatments scheduled for 9 days apart. Take it from me, when you get a confirmation call from Insight, call to confirm your confirmation...or the auto-calls will be a bigger pest than the bugs in your house.

The service tech was great. He showed up during the time frame promised, was professional and polite. He explained the service and the treatment and gave me information if we wanted to follow up with Insight. In all it was a good experience until I received a bill in May. I've now called three separate occasions explaining that this service was purchased with Angie's List -- as it is listed on the bill. The payment was made at the time I purchased the service as it was a "Angie's List One Time Pest Control." They had no record of payment on file during my first call in May and asked that I search for proof of payment at email it to them. I did so and had confirmation from the customer service representative on the other end of the phone that he received the email. I have a copy of the email as proof. The customer service rep assured me that the balance would be cleared. Since that first call I have received three more bills. I called today, in July, only to be told [AGAIN] that they have no proof of payment and I needed to email my proof. I explained that I had already done that and would not be doing so again. I'm confused as to why I'm not being offered any solutions or managerial intervention. This payment was made with a credit card and at no point has a customer service representative tried to communicate with an accounting department to find proof of payment. I will not use Insight Pest Solutions again. I am displeased that the in-person service was so great and the billing/customer experience service has been horrible. I filed a BBB complaint this evening.

For pest control I use Insight Pest Solutions. There a new addition. I've been pleased with them so far. We've only really had one treatment but they did an adequate job of clearing spider webs and cob webs. They were very professional, courteous and yeah I've been pleased so far. They were here probably two to three weeks ago.

I found their coupon on Angies List. In the details it says to contact them if you have a crawlspace and I wanted to ask some questions about the efficacy of the product they would use since I know I already have an infestation. When you call you get a phone bank of sales people that are there to schedule appointments but don't really know the products. So they escalated to a 2nd tier of sales people that know a little something but also couldn't answer my questions. So they offered to have a field tech call me back the same or next day. No call came so I gave them a full week to return the call. Nothing. So I call back and they took me on the same merry-go-round so then I finally asked for a Manager in hopes he could help me. He promised that I would be contacted by a field tech by the end of the next day. Again, another week passes with no return call. So yet again we re-live this glorious experience. Another time around I am promised again that a field tech would call.....still nothing. At this point, if not sooner, I would have thrown in the towel but the the Angies List deal is really great (saving hundreds of dollars) so I try to get management to help me. Apparently there are two offices in the area across the street from each other and a manager agrees to pass a message to the other office that should technically be responsible (or so he explained). So we went through the circus again. Finally they apologize profusely and admit they have no way to actually speak to the field techs or get them to respond to messages. WHAT!?! The sales people are as nice as they can be but it's absolutely absurd that no one can return a call in over 4 weeks and that the sales groups are apparently not able to speak with anyone, either Sr management or field techs, to get them to return a call. After all, I was following the instructions on the Angie's List coupon. They leave me with no choice but to conclude this place is really a gong show that is only looking to bilk your wallet and care little or nothing about customers (potential or otherwise) and I refuse to shell out over $600 for something they either cannot or will not answer. It's unbelievable how disconnected management is with their own field techs....I mean, REALLY!?! I feel sorry for their sales staff to have to bear the brunt of what appears to be an absence or neglect of management.

Todd and a trainee came to see what could be done about our termite problem. They spent an hour and a half looking at the affected area, inspecting the periphery of the house and going through the crawl space. They were knowledgeable and friendly and provided a lot of interesting information about termite behavior and control of termites. Todd expressed a lot of concern about our French drain and the potential for runoff of toxic materials. In the final analysis, they decided that they could not safely treat our house using their methods or provide a guarantee that their treatment would be completely successful in the long run. For that reason, they did not end up charging for their assessment. Their visit was reassuring with regards to the extent and urgency of our problem.

We have been very satisfied with our service. They have completely eliminated an ongoing ant problem, other bugs are minimal. the quarterly service is done on schedule and is controlling all pests inside and out. Scott is always professional and courteous. He does a great job of treating and de-webbing all windows, porches, and decks. Would highly recommend Insight services.

They sprayed in door and outside and mentioned they would come back if there were still insects after 10 days at no charge. Needless to say we still have spiders and other insects. When I called back to say their treatment did not work they want an additional $89.00 before they are willing to come back out. There were bugs the day of and after treatment. Do not waste your money on this company.

Phillip Larsen was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do for us inside and out and was very respectful of our son and dog and where they were in the house. I had Insight for a few years and switched to another provider. It was horrible and within 2 months I came back to Insight. I will never switch again. A+ company and service Thanks, Phillip!

Phil was prompt, courteous and very professional. He thoroughly explained the types of insects present and suggested ways to discourage them. He also used shoe covers indoors which is much appreciated.

Insight treats our home quarterly on the outside..dewebbing the windows and applying granular around the house. This time I requested that the interior be treated also since we have had some insects especially in the front hall area. The technician, Phil, treated all the usual trouble spots indoors as part of this service.

Josh was at our home exactly when promised. He was extremely professional and told us exactly what he would be doing and what areas he needed access to. He spent a good amount of time spraying in our home and on the exterior. He cleared any nests and webs in the eaves. He answered all of our questions and we felt very comfortable with him in our home.

A salesman did a sweep of my neighborhood offering a pretty decent deal ($5 for an initial treatment, then $89 every 3 months for 4 more quarterly treatments. He assured me it would take care of all outdoor pest problems, INCLUDING MOSQUITOS. I asked multiple times about mosquitos and he confirmed they'd be taken care of. Nice guy, good price, seemed like a decent deal. We have a terrible mosquito problem, so I signed up. The next day a tech showed up right on time (a little early even) to do the job. Also seemed like a nice guy. Straight shooter. So I started asking him questions about the service, billing etc, making sure I was getting the exact offer I was sold. It only took a few minutes of talking to the very honest and friendly exterminator to reveal that the service they were there to do DID NOT cover mosquitos, that would run me an extra $75 per service. Granted, that seems like a pretty typical deal, but I couldn't get over that I'd been lied to by the previous salesman, and if I hadn't asked these questions I would have been locked into a 12 month contract for a service that did not solve my specific problem. I work in marketing, so I have a special kind of disgust for using false advertising to rope rubes into a contract.

Mike Daniels was my technician. He arrived early, he was very professional and polite, and he explained his work thoroughly. He requested I watch a video on his tablet about the company. The video was from the owner of Insight and was brief and reassuring. Mike was understanding of our two annoying dogs and nice to them.

Both service people were courteous and professional, did the job described and explained each and every thing they did. I hope these are the service people who return in three months. I'm very happy with the service.

This was the first cost of an annual contract at $105 per quarter. The service covered service to both inside and exterior of house plus yards. They treated for ants, spiders, millipede/centipedes, cockroaches and paper wasps.

The salesmen came to my door and offered a special because they would already be in the area treating a neighbor's house. Very smart scheduling. The technician was punctual and treated both of our houses in a timely manner. He was professional and very nice. He was very patient while waiting for me to move the dogs as needed.

Provided pest control services at both of my houses for ants, cockroaches, paper wasps and carpenter bees. Today was the initial treatment. I also signed up for quarterly treatments.
