They got one out the next day but it did put us 1 hour over the time allowed in the package we'd bought. I had been advised this might happen. There was one thing on my list that needed an electrician. I had okayed having the electrician out to give an estimate but that never happened. When we got the final bill i was surprises to see the materials cost was more than double the estimate. I had anticipated it would be a bit higher but not that much. I spoke to Doug in the office and he agreed to give us a discount. While there were a few glitches, the work itself was well done."
