If you are looking for a company to install gas logs, stay away from Sleep Easy. Their technicians don't know what they are doing and the company does not stand behind the products they sell. I was told by a company representative that they couldn't help me with my faulty product I purchased from them because they were "just the installer." There are many fireplace companies throughout the metro. Find a different one with knowledgeable technicians and leaders who stand behind the products they sell. No pun intended but I was really burned by Sleep Easy. Hopefully, my lesson learned will be one others can avoid.

Job was for gas fireplace inspection. Service rep at the house less than 10 mins, and in that time tried to upcharge us nearly $400 for unnecessary costs. No confidence in the inspection, and not smiling about the rush to add more expenses. Never would recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of work quality and price gouging tactics employed.

Service provided met expectations

The service itself was completely fine, but then the guy handed me an estimate for 5200 dollars worth of repairs to the chimney that needed to be done. I am sick of having repair or service people come over to complete a simple task only to try to sell me on a ton of things that supposedly need to be done. If I actually did all the needed repairs it might be more cost-effective to buy a new house. Ridiculous.
