"Person arrived very much later than expected and I didn't feel respected by him. Was told the weather needed to be warmer for the repair to be done. Understandable as it was extremely cold. Also said I needed a cover on the bricks at the top of the chimney walls. However I don't know that I will have them come do the work as I didn't get a very good "feeling" about the person giving the estimate. Also, $500. seemed a bit steep. I haven't had the work done yet, so am still debating whether to have this company do the actual work."

"My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I don't think the fireplace had ever been cleaned or adjusted or even taken care of.  I bought the house about a year ago.  they were very professional and courteous and yes I will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a drone that proved pictures of the outside of the chimney. "Great work; did a thorough job of repairing front porch red brick steps/stoop that were literally falling apart in pieces. The crew cleaned old mortar from existing bricks and reused all that were salvageable. Did not rush the job, and left the area clean afterwards. Owner stayed in communication throughout the project, immediately notified me when there would be a delay due to circumstances beyond his control (weather, staff out sick). Price bid for project was reasonable, certainly worth the quality of work done. Would certainly hire again and refer to others."

Ron's crew showed up on time and got right to work. He made sure that all of the issues that I needed to be addressed were done. The crew was polite and good to work with. After each day of work, they cleaned up the work area and removed all of the scrap materials. I am very happy with the work, the price. I would recommend definitely recommend them.
