"Gil is amazing. I called him around 7 on a Friday night and he answered immediately. He was very nice, professional and fixed my lamp. He didn’t charge me as much as I expected! He got it done the same day and had it ready when it was picked up! I offered to leave the shades with him but he said no because he didn’t want to accidentally break them. Very nice man. He answers the phone immediately and gives clear and precise directions. I would definitely hire him again!!"

"I sent a web request to Duncan Appliance in May about my Asko Dishwasher repair (they were the approved service company). I did not hear back so I called in June and they found my web request and apologized for not getting back with me. They then made an appointment for July 15. The service rep came out and listed all the parts needed to repair and verified they were available. I texted him 2 days later (per his request) and said we wanted to move forward. After 6 weeks I called to find out why they had not repaired. They said there was no order and it was just showing as an open estimate in the system....translation nothing happened. They called the service tech but he did not remember the parts needed and lost all the info. They finally called me back on 9/23 with the answer of "you just need to buy a new dishwasher". How about that for customer service. I could have bought a new dishwasher in May...now it is late September. I am very disappointed. I also called on 9/21 and asked Mr. Duncan to call me about it but he did not. He just had the service tech call me with the "news"."
