"We had such a great experience with Chicago Carpet Revival! We had our velvet sofas cleaned. Eric was incredibly careful, thorough, and took such care with the fabric. The sofas came out looking absolutely fabulous! Eric was professional, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. "Marcus was very communicative before job day. He came in person to see the rooms needing work so he could make a firm quote, and then returned the next day to complete the job. He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining. The job was finished in one day. The floor and carpets were very worn and needed special attention. They came out really nice, and the flooring was better than I expected."
