"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"This company is full of S***!!! My home warranty company sent these crooks to my house to repair a leak in the basement. They allegedly found it to be a faulty water heater. After about 6wks of back and forth with them they replaced the water heater. Guess what?? There's still a leak!!! I called the warranty company to advise it's still leaking, they contact these crooks, schedule a return appt, they don't show up or call me back! After reading all of these reviews, I'm never allowing them back in my home. The service men were lazy, unprofessional, and clearly not knowledgeable. They didn't bring the proper tools. Requested help with removing the water heater. Whoever runs the phone service calls and texts you late at night then gets mad if you contact them after 5pm or weekends. I let him know, if you can contact me late, I'll be contacting you late! I'm not sure who he thinks he is, but he's going to scam the right home owners and get his just desserts very soon! "

Adding a second coat of stain to wood can even out the color to some extent, but it won't drastically alter the hue if the initial application is too light or too dark. Wood stain is not flammable after it dries. The solvent in wood stain is what causes the liquid form to be highly flammable, but the stain drying process involves the solvents dissolving, which leaves behind a non-flammable product on your wood project. Wood stain is, however, flammable before you apply it, so you should always store partially full cans and used wood stain rags away from sources of heat and open flames.

You can apply stain over peeling stain, but it’s not a good idea. Your old stain will get in the way of your new stain bonding to the wood, so you’re likely going to see the same issue again shortly after application. Your best option is to sand off the old stain and clean the surface thoroughly before applying new stain.

Storing wood stain in open containers or in extremely low or high temperatures will cause your wood stain to become unusable much more quickly. Water- and latex-based wood stains typically last for just two to four years, while oil-based wood stains can last for three to six years.
