"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTI! If 1 could give them ZERO STARS I would. They came out THREE times and didn't fix the issue. The owner, Jon, is a con. Accepts the Homeowners Warranty claims, takes the service fee, lies to the Warranty company so the claims are denied and they don't have to come back. Even had the warranty company do a recall and he was a NO CALL NO SHOW. He only called when I sent him a screenshot of the appointment. Gaslights you into thinking you're wrong, insults you via phone calls, is rude as h***! He even has a small claims suit in Kane County Ilinois. I have receipts of all our communication, or lack thereof!"
