Tim and his employees were familiar with the builder of our house and the problems that many of these houses have had. He had already repaired trim and siding of other homes in the area from the same builder. They did a wonderful job of replacement, caulking and painting the trim and body of our house. We have gotten many compliments on the finished product. All of the staff were friendly and hard working. We definitely would would recommend this company. Another neighbor saw our finished house and hired Edens also based on the results.

It was great working with Tim especially under the extreme circumstances of our living in CA and asking him to perform duties in IN. He worked with us on keeping our house alarmed and secure while we were 2300 miles away. Most if not all of our meetings were by phone and text . There were unforeseen issues and Tim calmly found work arounds for each. His crew and his subs were all top quality and worked professionally to get the job done.

This was the second time I've worked with Tim and his crew on a project and have been extremely pleased both times! Tim is very easy to work with and responds to texts and calls very quickly. The estimate was detailed, and accurate; the only extra costs were due to a few unexpected issues that were found and the additional cost of addressing these issues was very reasonable. The work in the kitchen included removal of the old countertops and installation of a new solid acrylic surface. Tim dropped off a case with samples so I had plenty of time to select a color from the many available. The new countertop is high-quality and the installation looks great. The new stainless steel sink is excellent quality as well. They also installed a new faucet and garbage disposal that I had purchased and this went smoothly. The painting in the two rooms was nicely done as well and the installation of the new subfloor and carpet went well and looks great. The new vanity in the powder room is high quality, and the installation of that along with a faucet I purchased went smoothly. Everyone who works with Tim is very professional and I felt very comfortable having the crew in my house while I was at work. Cleanup was very thorough at the end of each day, and after project completion. Tim and one of his team members even put the big pieces of furniture back where they needed to go after the painting and carpet were done. I should also note that both times I have had work done by Tim and his crew, responsiveness continued after final payment was made. There were a few final touch ups that needed to be completed after I made the final payment and they were completed very quickly. On the previous job, a minor problem appeared about a month after the job was done (cracked floor tile) and Tim had someone out quickly to fix the issue. In a world of incredible disappearing contractors, this is very refreshing!

Our experience with Tim and his staff was great! Tim was very good about keeping us in the loop as to what was happening each day and he guided us every step of the way. Any questions we had were addressed very promptly, which we appreciated very much. Our master bathroom was a complete renovation, so we had the old flooring, shower, tub, sinks, vanities, mirrors, and lighting replaced. Every single part of the renovation was done with great care and thought. Tim listened to what we were wanting in a new bathroom, and he was able to convert our ideas into reality. Two of our other bathrooms were partially renovated. We replaced an outdated tub and fixtures in one bathroom and then had the walls tiled. In the other bathroom, we had an outdated tub removed and replaced with a shower stall with tiled walls and flooring and a sliding glass door. The results were amazing!! The quality of work is top-notch and we now have 3 beautifully transformed and updated bathrooms. We are so happy with our renovations and we truly enjoyed working with Tim. I will definitely be calling on Edens Painting and Remodeling for any future renovation needs.

"We did the best that we could do with this partial remodel, we were referred by a friend to the member, they could not find anyone to install the products that they had purchased and we took the job on. Every client is very important to us and I wanted this to look the best that it could! The member purchased scratch and dent materials to install, the vanity was a floor model from Lowes that was broken, we fixed it at no additional charge, it also did not fit the area properly, we added a tile border to make it look way better, the tub and three piece wall kit was cheap and scratched and we did the best that we could with what was supplied to us. We were on the jobsite on time daily and worked until it was done. We normally supply the materials on our remodels, that is the only way that we will guarantee them, the lesson learned here is that we will not install scratch and dent materials provided by a client again. I will say that the final payment was made after a walk thru, the customer had absolutely no complaint for a long time until he began calling me about a pyramid vacation sales deal that he is involved in and wanted us to come to meetings and start selling, we told him that we were not interested several times and then the review was posted. This is absolutely not pictures of the bathroom that we did!! Tim and Jennifer Edens"

This is the second project I have worked on with Eden's and both went extremely well. The workers were very thorough. The project took 8 days and the guys were on time every day and cleaned up every evening before leaving.

As always, Edens Painting and Remodeling are AMAZING! I contacted Tim to have him give us a quote. He provided a quote promptly in writing. When I told him we wanted him to do the job, he told us we were on the schedule for late September/early October. He called in late September to tell us when we were on the schedule. The guys showed up on time and did great work. He even removed the staples out of the wood on the porch and patched the holes to make it look so much better. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I am always pleased with their work and have no plans to ever use any other painting company.

I was very pleased with what they did and I had them do some additional work too. It was one person. It was either going to be 2 people for half a day or one person for a whole day, so it was one person. i just thought they did an excellent job all around.

Tim, owner, and his crew done an EXCELLENT job. The governor walls surpassed our expectations. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Tim provided suggestions and great advise on the work that was completed. He stayed on budget and the work was finished when promised. In the spring of 2018, Tim and his crew will be installing our deck. It is not quite in the budget for this year because we just bought a new home.

Everything went extremely well from start to finish! I was floored that Tim called me on a Sunday within an hour of my sending an email to ask about getting an estimate. The estimate was detailed, breaking down costs by each part of the job, and was very reasonable. Work started within weeks of my signing the contract, and the crew was out every day, working full days, until the job was finished. I truly appreciated that everyone working on my house was an employee of the company, and that the same project manager was on site every day. I felt very comfortable having them work at my house while I was at work. In fact, I actually had to leave town for work for a day near the end of the project, and knew I was leaving my house in good hands. The crew was great about handling the moving of the biggest pieces of furniture and appliances, and they put everything back where it belonged at the end of the job, and cleaned up beautifully. The work was top quality; stripping all the wallpaper was a huge job. They did a wonderful job repairing the walls post-wallpaper removal, and the new paint looks great! The tile floor and carpet were beautifully installed; I appreciated Tim suggesting the addition of a new layer of flooring under the carpet to bring up the level of the carpeted rooms to the level of the new tile. Without that, I know I'd be forever stubbing my toes on the 1/4 inch difference in floor heights. Honestly, I feel like I have a new house with all of the 80's colors and patterns gone from those rooms. Tim is extremely easy to work with, very easy to reach, and made a point of doing a final walk through with me before final payment was due to make sure any last pieces were taken care of. I will definitely be hiring them again next year when I am ready to re-do the remaining rooms in my house!

Spoke with Tim on the phone a couple of times to schedule a time that would work - he was always very professional and courteous. Rick arrived around 7:40 a.m. to start work at 8:00 - came in and asked what we wanted done first - areas of importance. He has been with Tim for 15 years and was also very professional and very courteous. Rick did an awesome job painting everything and the level of detail was exceptional! Our trim work and doors were all originally spray painted when the house was built and when Rick finished, you would have thought everything was spray painted again. You really could not see any brush marks. We have already scheduled Rick to come out again to do some additional painting. Definitely recommend Eden's Painting and Remodeling!

Tim arrived on time to measure and see what we wanted to have done. I had a quote emailed to me within an hour of his visit. When I told him we were ready to schedule, we promptly set up a day for his crew to come and do the work. Tim and his employees were on time and ready to get working. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of day 1. They kept in contact with us regarding start time for day 2. We had a couple of areas that needed fixed in the kitchen (after they had already done the first coat), and they were fixed with no problems. We also had an area in the dining room where the wall was dented, and we didn't notice it until the room was completely painted. When we brought it to the painter's attention on day 2, he stated he noticed it right before he left on day 1 (we weren't home with him at that time, so he couldn't discuss it with us then) and he repaired and repainted the area. The rooms look great, as usual. We have hired Tim before and would gladly do so again for all of our painting needs!
