"I received a quote for roof and gutter repair. They had the lowest price, but also the worst contract terms. I asked to change the terms so that, for example, they would not be allowed to do additional work without first notifying me and if either party had to sue the other the prevailing party would be entitled to recover attorney's fees. (Their contract only allows them to recover attorney's fees.) However, Mike told me that their contract terms are non-negotiable."

I have 30 years exp. My crew consists anywhere from 3 to 8 talented hard working guys, depending on the job at hand. We specialize in complete home repair and restoration as well as siding, concrete, painting etc. I also am fully insured as well as my crew. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project. At Moore For Less we will not be under bid and we do just that More For Less!!!!!
