Showed up when they said they would, Andy and his crew did a great job.

All projects have been executed with speed, accuracy and very professionally. Their workers show high levels of craftmanship. They are good at cleanup and excellent at followup on punchlist items. Mike Bergstrom runs a very good operation.

They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived for the estimating appointment. They provided a prompt, detailed quotation with timeline, fixed price, and warranty.  I mulled it over for a few days and then hired them.  They started when they said they would and finished exactly as planned.  Did not have to babysit the process. They didn't bother me with every trivial decision.  True professionals.  When the job was done, house was good as new and even cleaner than when they started. 



Very easy to work with.  Responsive to inquiries.  Didn't try to stick me with a bunch of stuff that I didn't need and even talked me out of doing a couple updates that weren't going to pay for themselves (I was fixing the house up to be sold).  Very satisfied with Bergstrom all the way around. 

It went very well. There were two men that did the job. They started on Monday Nov. 25th and came back and finished on Tuesday Nov. 26th. Everything was cleaned up and they did a perfect job in matching the siding. Our house was built in 2005 and it's almost impossible to match siding but we can hardly tell the difference. We trust this company and if we ever need some work done again we will not hesitate to call them.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Would use them again.

All I can say is WOW. I built my home 11 years ago and was having some issues with the 1/2 logs rotting on the dormers. Bergstrom's came out on the date they promised and gave me an estimate. They told me exactly what the problem was and how they would correct it. They explained why they recommended certain materials but gave me the option regarding which to use because there was a price difference. After getting 3 other bids, I picked them hands down and I was not disappointed. It took them 3 days to complete the job, but at the end of each day, all of there material was picked us and removed. There were no stray pieces of wood or nails laying around. A few of the guys smoked and they were very consciencous about their cigarette butts and not one was put in my yard. They did the job as promised, left my yard looking great, and the dormers are wonderful. I have had many compliments on the job that they did. I would highly recommend them for any job. I am going to have some additional wiring done to my home and will use them for that job as well

They were very professional and they worked in extremely cold weather.

Probably one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do. No hidden costs. Very professional and responsive. I'd refer them to my Mom!
