We requested a quote to remove and install a bathtub with shower surround in the same location. Didn’t need anything fancy, just something basic. It did require a plumbing modification to accommodate a standard wall mounted shower head since the current configuration has a handheld shower head which connects to the tub faucet. Rep arrived 30 minutes late because he got lost but didn’t call to say he was running late. I had to contact the office to find out if he was still coming and they apologized for the delay and called me back with an update. Rep seemed knowledgeable but we were blown away by the quote of $15,300! That is ridiculous and we will look elsewhere.

The employees did an immaculate job. Joe Bear did amazing work and installed everything to the specs I wanted. Contractors cleaned up after themselves, there was no dirt or grime left around the work area nor carpet in the house, wouldn't even know they were there!

I love sitting outside on my patio, but in the summertime it gets very hot. I was constantly moving my chair in order to get in the shade. I wanted some sort of covering to make my patio more enjoyable. I researched my options and decided on a retractable awning. Randy was my sales rep. He was very helpful in explaining my options. Ordered awning in July, 2021. Long delay in getting it installed. Had to get approval with my HOA, then awning had to be ordered, then winter came.... Anyway, awning was installed in March, 2022. Gary and Mitch were the installers. Installation went very smoothly. Awning looks great. The only 'con' was the cost. It was very, very expensive. More than I intended to spend. There are other awnings out there, the ones you see advertised on TV. I am certain that I got a top notch product. I believe you get what you pay for. And I will now be able to comfortably use my patio.

It was great service, the did a wonderful job and were happy with the service.

I am 70% satisfied. They said that they will hire a plumber to fix the clog and it took them 2 days to perform the service but base on their advertisement, they can do the job within the day.

Great! Tony and Jeremy started on Monday and finished on Wednesday. They were very courteous and helpful, explaining many points and answering all our questions. The work was extremely professional and clean-up each day complete.

From estimate to final installation working with the folks at L.J. Stone was a pleasure. Special thanks to Rusty the installer. He was very pleasant, very polite and very efficient. He took great care to keep the area clean during construction even laying cardboard down from the bathroom to the back door to protect the flooring. I am very pleased with the new shower. It looks great and is very functional from the ease of entering to the new shower head and controller. As silly as it sounds, I now look forward to showering.

When we contracted with L.J. Stone several weeks ago, they gave us an estimated start and finish date. They were accurate on those. The work went according to schedule. The workers did an excellent job, paying attention to details and to clean-up. We are very pleased not only with the quality of workmanship but also with the quality of materials. The workers answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and were very pleasant to talk to. We contacted L.J. Stone for this project because the company had done a bathtub/shower enclosure for us several years ago and we were very pleased with that work. We would definitely contract with this company for other projects.

They came in - placed cardboard pieces on the floor to protect floor and proceeded to do the work and finished in 4 hours. They put saw horses in garage to cut what they needed. They cleaned up everything before leaving. No mess left. It looks beautiful as I expected. Thanks guys!

Total of 3 workers over several days. All went to extreme measures to protect other areas. Cleaned up each day, vacuuming where needed. Courteous, pleasant, kept me informed of needs to leave & when they would return. This is 3 or 4 times I have had them do work. Will have them back as & when I need work done.

Jeremy the plumber was prompt, finished timely and cleaned up all mess.
