He said he would take down light fixtures for painting the ceiling, which is one example, and he did not complete that to my knowledge. Overall, I was pleased with the quality. The drywall was pitted and he was able to smooth it and paint it. The price was also fair."

"Gary found a fuse box that I didn't even know existed, and was kind enough to suggest that I could replace it myself for much less than what he'd charge. So I did! Works great. He also suggested a remote-control switch for the light fixture I'd just purchased, because the old wires were messed up. He helped me find the right one online, so I ordered it, and Gary came back to install it today - works great! Thank you!"

John and his coworker were on time every day and worked diligently to complete the job in the proposed amount of time. They were very conscious of work debris and put down floor covering to protect the halls and area surrounding the work. They consulted with me on paint color, tile, and fixtures. There were a couple of instances where we asked them to move the lighting over the medicine cabinet, and the medicine cabinet came loose and a strip of trim needed to be re-nailed, but all of these things they addressed promptly and with good attitude, always asking us if anything else needed attention to be sure to call.  We have not had any issues since they completed the work last October.

It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. The installation was a little later than initially expected, though I said I wasn't in a hurry. The installation started and finished on time. The crew was professional and respectful. I was impressed with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely use the home improvement company again."

"Joe's quality of workmanship was very good, His workers were courteous and punctual. However, Mr. Feinberg kept throwing excuses our way when his time schedule kept being pushed - to over 3 weeks past the estimated time (the original time frame was 4 - 6 weeks and 3 extra weeks without a kitchen is not fun). The coordination of his work was lacking as well - for example, he had someone texture the ceilings AFTER the cabinets and floors were put in - preventing us from getting it painted unless we taped off all the new cabinets and the new flooring that were installed on time. The clean up of some of the materials and debris was not taken care of either, and we had to remind him to have it removed. Even after that there were still some things that needed to be cleaned and finished and I finally decided to just do them myself. Joe also had a problem with finding the only contract we had signed to bill us properly, which could be why he didn't know what was supposed to be getting done in our kitchen. In all fairness, he did reduce some of the pricing for the inconveniences we experienced but we would have rather had a better supervision of our project, better coordination of activities with his workforce, and a more timely finish."

"Project went great.  Contractor built a high quality scaffold to reach the chimney and performed the work in 2 days.  The 1st day allowed for the primer and the scratch coat to be installed and the second day allowed for the finish coat.  I asked the contractor to price re-painting the chimney, but his price was too high for me.  However he did offer to allow me to utilize his scaffold to paint it myself.  I appreciated this gesture.  
I have used other stucco contractors in the past and their work failed several years down the road.  Jim Spears Plastering is the only stucco contractor I will use going forward.  Highly recommend this contractor.

"I met with Greg several times before starting the project. He was clear and concise and provided a lot of design input. He was easy to work with and provided excellent documentation. Greg was flexible as we progressed throughout the project and was always available for questions.? He was onsite everyday during construction to guide his team.? The build out went on schedule as we had great weather. As changes were identified during construction any issues were brought to my attention immediately so that we could decide on what was the correct approach. Greg was challenged to find an old style of brick for the outside base of the extension but was able to locate it and get it installed. His team was meticulous in the outside design to match the character of my home.? Once painted you cannot tell that anything was added.? All aspects of the buildout was completed as per the contract and per the schedule.? I would definitely work with Greg again on any building or remodeling projects."
