The two electricians can a couple of times to do some change in location for our present electrical box and wiring. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and worked quickly. In one case, I had to go somewhere before another contractor was finished and one of the Wert men volunteered to stay and close my garage once the other workers was finished. He did exactly that. I really am so glad to finally find a great electrical company!

Our hot tub died around the time of some storms. I just wanted to make sure the electrical system wasn't the cause/was okay. He came out when he said he would, went above and beyond by un-wiring the hot tube. We're in a great place to replace it when we have the money. It was well worth the service charge for the piece of mind. Also, he's really great at explaining how things work. I learn something every time we use him.

Service Provider connected quickly, met the timeline requested (it was rapid same day service), sent a tech out at the time requested, and made the transaction seamless. The tech who arrived, Michael, was careful, thorough, and professional. Worked quickly and without dragging his feet and did a great job on installation and cleaning up. Had to install a new box in the ceiling as well as running tri-plex to the switch. Would use again, and recommend you ask for Michael.

The house is not being lived in, we bought it and during renovation found knob and tube wiring which needed to be replaced before contractors could do their work. The first estimate we had set up with Brian was scheduled for 9AM, he called us at 8:30AM saying he was at the house and we are late. We wrote the time down as 9AM and it was confirmed over the phone with him beforehand. Due to the urgency of the situation we decided to reschedule with him later in the week. When he showed up he seemed very knowledgeable and willing to take on a bigger job like that. We had to wait a several days for a quote, which pushed our estimated start date back by almost 3 weeks but he had a good price so we went with him. He requires a contract to be signed stating if we(customer) cancel less than 2 weeks before the work is scheduled to begin we will be charged $2,000. A little steep but naively we agreed. On 8/15, less than 2 weeks before, he sends an email saying due to unforseen circumstances he can't do the work, no call, no text, no follow up email, just 1 email that unfortunately goes to a spam folder. After we find out today that he's cancelled we call to find out what's going on, he immediately gets defensive and says it's his discretion and he isn't obligated to give us any more notice. His prices seem good and his work may be good but reliability isn't.

Brian and his guys did a great job working on our new "old" house. We had knob and tube wiring and they rewired our entire house. He gave us a comparable estimate and was then ably to schedule us quickly and finish the job in a timely manner. Brian and Michael were professional and friendly and were willing to work with us in putting more outlets in as well as more light and fan rough ins. They then installed all our new ceiling fans and light fixtures. They cleaned up their work areas impeccably and surprising well. Would hire them for any and all electrical work.

I called and Brian came out the same day. He was very professional, punctual explained everything and fixed the problem after some detective work. I would use them again!!!

He was fabulous. I think he thought that he was going to get done in 8 hours when he quoted it, but because of the plaster on the ceiling for the can lights that I didn't tell him and no one expected. He was there 12 hours because he didn't want to come back from where he lived. He didn't raise the price. He stuck to the $1000 even though he was there longer. He was by himself trying to work really fast. He was great. I have recommended him to a couple of people. He was very professional. I do have a concern about him, but it was probably my fault, because I drew X's on the ceiling where I wanted things and I didn't measure if it was 2 inches or 2 inches from the corner. So, where ever I put the X's, he put the cans and one of them is off center. So, I think he should of said something like "Are you sure you want it here because it is off center?" I was just walking around with my pencil and marking here, here, here, and here. Like an outline. Also, I drew a X for the can light in a pattern, like a semi circle around the fire place and he drilled a hole and there was a joist there and I think that he should of known there was a joist there. So, then he said "You can't do this with 3 lights because there was a joist there, so we had to change to 4 lights to space it differently between the joists. Then he just took the piece that he drilled out and stuck it back up there and when the remodeling guy came, he put the drywall goop up there. I am thinking that because we had it all open for him and that the remodel guy had it all cut up the ceiling for him, so that he could put the electrical up there and he should of been able to say "Oh" from where I put the X "Your even with the joist", because I am not a contractor. I was just doing a wish list thing up there. Maybe that is why it took longer too. We had to reconfigure some stuff because he didn't catch my mistake. He didn't correct the one because it was only off center an inch and I wasn't going to have him re drill the hole, but he did correct the ones at the fireplace. Part of it might of been because he was frustrated that it was taking longer because of the plaster.
  He worked through it and the only thing that he asked was that we do a review on Angie's List so we could get some customers. I like to use these people that are family people. They are not really like a big company. So, I would say that he is hard working and he stayed until the job got completed even though it was over what he had estimated and out an additional rate increase, which I thought was honorable.
