Brian the owner was a great communicator and gave us a bid quickly. His crew was amazing and Michael the foreman and the team did everything on our list and then some. I would definitely hire Wert Electric again.

The two electricians can a couple of times to do some change in location for our present electrical box and wiring. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and worked quickly. In one case, I had to go somewhere before another contractor was finished and one of the Wert men volunteered to stay and close my garage once the other workers was finished. He did exactly that. I really am so glad to finally find a great electrical company!

Our hot tub died around the time of some storms. I just wanted to make sure the electrical system wasn't the cause/was okay. He came out when he said he would, went above and beyond by un-wiring the hot tube. We're in a great place to replace it when we have the money. It was well worth the service charge for the piece of mind. Also, he's really great at explaining how things work. I learn something every time we use him.

Service Provider connected quickly, met the timeline requested (it was rapid same day service), sent a tech out at the time requested, and made the transaction seamless. The tech who arrived, Michael, was careful, thorough, and professional. Worked quickly and without dragging his feet and did a great job on installation and cleaning up. Had to install a new box in the ceiling as well as running tri-plex to the switch. Would use again, and recommend you ask for Michael.

Brian and his guys did a great job working on our new "old" house. We had knob and tube wiring and they rewired our entire house. He gave us a comparable estimate and was then ably to schedule us quickly and finish the job in a timely manner. Brian and Michael were professional and friendly and were willing to work with us in putting more outlets in as well as more light and fan rough ins. They then installed all our new ceiling fans and light fixtures. They cleaned up their work areas impeccably and surprising well. Would hire them for any and all electrical work.

"Hi Thanks for the review. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our services, I made a trip to you home and fixed the outlets on your bedroom for free and gave you and estimate on the other repairs of $150 to fix the GFCI outlet not working and replace and exterior flood light about 15ft up on the side of your house. You liked the price Nd schedule a second trip to you home to make the repairs, while one of the guys was there you asked him to help you with your direct TV receive. I already explained to you that we don't service other providers equipment. As a valued customer we agreed to help 2 hours later we had you all fixed.. when I sent you an invoice that included the additional charges you refused to pay. As a valued customer I reduced the bill by $100 to make you happy. Again sorry you were not happy with the price."

"Hi Thanks for the review. We both knew it would take several trips to complete the work due to the size of the job. We had to replace a 1000 ft of buried electrical lines on 1 acre of property with large landscaping rocks covering the entire area. You even bounced a check on me and I worked with you and didn't charge a fee for it. I am sorry the price wasn't good enough but we had two electricians at you home for a total of 68 hours not mention the material "1000 ft of 120 volt electrical lines and light fixture bases etc" that all had to replaced. When I asked you if you wanted to review all the work that was going on you said "No just take care of it" we strive to make every customer 100 percent satisfied, after working though all the details and the additional scope of work I felt like you where 100 percent satisfied? Thanks again"
