"Not well. I started out to say I found Paintco on Angie's List so they would know that Angie's List was my reference. The girl who answered the phone was very unprofessional and aloof. I described to her that I am looking for someone to come out to give us a quote on staining a small privacy screen that is mounted on the rails of our deck. There were several long silent pauses, I had to actually ask if she was still on the phone with me. She finally told me a small job does not require someone to come out to give a quote. I gave her the dimensions of the screen and told her that it probably would not take more than an hour to complete. She said the only option I had would be to pay $400 for 8 hours of work. Obviously Paintco has plenty of work that they can't be bothered with a small job like mine. And I understand. It's not a big job, but based on the phone person's lack of customer service skills, I will never call on them again."

Then when the job was completed, they made sure that they cleaned up everything and left no trace that they were even there except for a job well done. It was then and only then that money was ever given to Danny for the worked that was performed. I couldn't be happier, and it more than exceeded all my expectations. "We have used Fine Painting for several years at our home and during a total rehab of my mom's home in 2017 after she had passed away. We just completed another project in our home - master bedroom ceiling paint, master bath wallpaper removal and painting, hall bath ceiling and wall painting, including minor wall repairs. Everyone was great, as always. They were very accommodating with us in rescheduling due to the tornado damage to our home in April and then we had to leave on short notice due to our daughter's emergency C-section. When finally able to reschedule, Gary and crew showed up on time and went right to work. They did all that was asked to do based on the quote. They did a great job in cleaning up. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for additional projects in the future."

"Mr. Bean is a craftsman. I have a 30+ year old fence that was damaged by wind. I connected with Paint 101 through Angi. Mr Bean reached out to me and presented me with a quote within 2 days and completed all the work within 10 days. Work included replacing multiple sections of the fence, resetting posts, and rebuilding the gate. He stick built each section as well as the gate on site. We are very pleased with the work, the fence is stronger now because of a few modifications that Mr Bean made to the original design. Throughout the process, Mr Bean was in constant communication with me to let me know when he would be at the house. The weather did not cooperate as the project was completed in December, so getting text updates was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Paint 101 for your home projects.
