About us
KleanServ grew out of my dissatisfaction working with and for others in the carpet cleaning industry. I wanted to build a reliable, full service company where my customers knew the job would be done right the first time at a reasonable price whether it was cleaning carpet, remodeling a kitchen or drying out and restoring a flooded basement. We have been a business member of Angie's List for two years and are excited to report that we've won the Super Service Award in both 2010 and 2011. I love my work, but nothing makes me happier than another completely satisfied customer. Whether I'm cleaning carpet, restoring a flooded basement or answering every day carpet questions for my clients, I wake up every morning excited about my business. My company is RRP Certified by the EPA (Renovation, Repair and Paint) and can work in homes with lead-based paint. KleanServ is eco-friendly and only uses green products - even our website is 'green' as it is hosted by a 100% wind-powered company! About 90% of my business is repeat or referral, and I'm proud of that. I want my customers to call me with questions and when there's an emergency. KleanServ operates 6 days a week and the emergency hours are there, but when I do have a little time to myself, I enjoy riding my Harley, watching a little football or, believe it or not, cleaning my vehicles. "This review was not posted by the actual customer but, presumably, by a friend. Some of this review is true and some is not. The incident occurred in January. The HOA insurance coverage was to pay for the majority of the claim with the reisdent's policy picking up the remainder. The customer is very nice but did not want to pay anything out of pocket - not even a deductible. The HOA policy paid her directly for its part, which is fine, but it did not pay what was due her. She has received only the depreciated amount prior to having the repairs made. She asked for our bill, which was correct, and was upset that the check she received did not cover our charges. We do use the same billing system as the insurance company but since she nor the adjuster ever shared their paperwork with us, we were not able to point out the discrepancies or explain the check she had received. She is owed more money (and would get more money) had she shared this with us when she got it. As it stands now, she owes our charges. If she would like assistance getting the additional funds from the carrier, I would be more than happy to help her."

Trent was absolutly wonderful. Our carpets look great and he was very flexable when scheduling an appointment. He was on time and was very helpful. Our carpets look wonderful he even gave me a few tips on how to keep them clean until next time. I felt very good knowing his products are "green" and he doesn't use harsh chemicals. It's nice to find someone who cares as much about the service he provides as he does about the success of his business. Thank you Trent...we WILL be calling you in the future! :-)

Trent's helper, Michelle Decatur, did most of our paperwork for insurance, brought carpet samples and paint samples, painted walls and some furniture for us, etc. She also became a friend.
I will forever be greatful for their help in taking me from a bad situation to having a basement our family can enjoy

We had KleanServ out to look at a corner in our basement where rain had seeped down a wall and saturated the carpet. We also needed carpet cleaning throughout the house. Trent inspected the wet area and was able to treat it before it became smelly.
We were almost embarrassed to ask him to treat a hallway runner for old ink stains. Amusingly, this runner had moved from neighbor to neighbor in our subdivision. No one could get out the stains, but the rug was too nice to throw out. It was finally offered to us and we too wanted it, but we were never able to get the stains out. Enter Trent and his equipment 2 years later. After spending maybe 20 minutes on it, he asked if I would like to come see how it looked. By the smile on his face, I could tell something was up. My jaw dropped when I saw that there was not a single spot visible. It honestly looked brand new. We're afraid to tell our neighbors; they might want it back!
We were extremely pleased with the work and value provided. We highly recommend Trent and KleanServ for price, punctuality, speed and performance.

When the day came, Trent arrived a couple hours early. He did call ahead of time to advise that he was in the area and would arrive earlier than scheduled, but I didn't hear the phone to take his call. But, it was fine with us that he arrived early. Upon his arrival, we surveyed the areas to be cleaned - paying special attention to the cat urine spots. He advised that cat urine doesn't dry completely and that it may be impossible to remove the stains (we weren't surprised with this news). We asked him to go ahead and do the best he could. I also asked him to carpet clean the entranceway into our home office (approx 4-ft x 2-ft area) which is another place where the cat has been urinating, which he did for an extra $10.
We removed as much furniture as possible from the areas, and Trent quickly got to work. He gave us some advice about how to treat the cat urine spots going forward, and how to permanently treat the urine areas whenever the time comes for us to replace the carpet. I think he was here for about 45 minutes (including the time he was teaching us how to care for our carpets).
The day the work was completed, the carpet looked exceptional - we were pleasantly surprised that the cat urine spots were much less noticeable than before. Now, a couple days later, the carpet still looks great! The urine spots are still present and somewhat noticeable, but they're not nearly as bad as they once were. We are very, very happy with the work performed, his timeliness, the final cost, and the professionalism of KleenServ. We will use this company again.
