Everything went very well - crew was great. They took extreme care in being sure that they did not damage anything, they cleaned up everyday and were just great to work with. This is the 4th time that we have used Fine Painting for different projects, but the first time for an exterior job. Everyone has been great.

Always prompt when I call for work.  Comes when he says he will, cleans up EVERYDAY so I'm not left with a mess while job ongoing.  Always does nice work. Not the cheapest bid but the middle bid.

Once again, we are happy with Fine Painting.  The two man crew was excellent.

We were very pleased.

His name was Steve Strayer.  He is coming back next week to do some other stuff.  He was clean.  He was timely and cost effective.  It was very easy and the owner was easy to work with.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to paint their house, either inside or out.

He is an expert when it comes to paint. He knows what to use for different temperatures and has a great knowledge of the different brands—not to mention he’s helpful in suggesting colors. He painted my front door a shiny black which is tricky because sometimes when you use a shiny finish it can be shiny in some areas and not in others. I mentioned it to him and he added a second coat the very next day and that took care of it. He is a very pleasant person to deal with and he cleaned up after himself. I would use him again and I have recommended him to friends. He had to deal with some mold issues whivh he handled very carefully. He also told me let him know if anything needs touching up to give him a call.

Steve did a great job! He quoted the job and did the work himself. He was very easy to work with. He graciously gave his opinion on paint color. He carefully hand painted the entire job. He placed drop cloths down on the surrounding area. He cleaned up the drop cloths and ladders after each days' work. Great work.

They did a beautiful job. We would really recommend them.

They were just wonderful! They were professional and extremley friendly! I have never dealt with painters that great! They finished up ahead of schedule and had no qualms when I asked them for some touch up painting. They even said they would come back after the house sells to do touch up at no extra cost! They were truly unbelievable!

They are outstanding. Their work was excellent and their demeanor was great as well. They were nice young men to have around and when you are having people in your home for an extended period of time, it is nice to have people around that you feel comfortable with. I was very happy with them.

I invited about 5 painting contractors pulled from Angie's List to come by my house to provide an estimate. The Fine Line Painting rep's appearance was clean and professional. He knew what needed to be done and took my input with understanding of what was needed. The estimation process took about 30 minutes. My special requests were handled correctly in the estimation process. The estimation was emailed within two days, complete with references, and was in range of what I expected. After reviewing several other estimates I chose Fine Line Painting. I placed a call to accept the contract and was able to pay the down payment on the phone via credit card. I also scheduled the painting time, approximately three weeks out. The time had to be adjusted due to weather but the day arrived and the team of four painters arrived on time and ready to go. Day one they pressure washed, tore out the front porch, and took our any damaged/rotted wood trim. They wrapped up about 2:30 p.m. to get the supplies for painting and repair. Day two they arrived about 9 a.m. and started painting/repairing. They were coordinated and knew what to do. Day three they arrived at 9 a.m. and finished all the painting, finishing about 12 noon. The next day I was able to review all the work and found two spots where the paint did not look right. I placed a call and Bob, the team coordinator, said they would came back later that week. Due to their schedules, they did not show up. Unfortunately, I had to call two more times before they came out. Once here they promptly addressed the two spots.

Everything went good. We were pleased with the work. They did a thorough estimate and we were charged about exactly what he had said. He did the work in a timely manner and kept everything cleaned up. He did follow up with some minor details and did let us know if we had any problems to give him a call.

He was excellent. He was very detailed and meticulous. He cared about what he did. He did the job by himself. His name is Steve Strayer and he was just so good. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

I'm quite pleased with the job that they did. I've recommended them to some other people and they've given some quotes in the neighborhood. They always showed up on time and got everything done in a timely manner.

Steve is a very nice guy. He listens to what you want and will add his opinions where needed. He is very professional.

Steve stayed in constant touch with us from start of appraisal to the finishing of the painting. He even sanded and repainted two walls to come out to a perfect, professional look. He is very punctual, likable, detailed, professional in his work. He also painted the entire exterior of our home. It looks like when it was new. Mr. Strayer is the only person we will have do any painting for us in the future. He's awesome. You'll miss a great experience if you don't hire him for a job. He's the "greatest."

They were very conscientious. They were on time and a little early every morning. They made sure when we were in the house, that they weren't in our way. They made sure to fit our schedule. They also made sure the music that played while they were painting wasn't too loud. They were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Called for an estimate. Mr. Strayer thoroughly viewed the exterior to be painted. Everything from power washing the exterior wood to scraping, priming and painting was done with great care and concern. They were very friendly and informative with suggestions. They were always punctual each day. The job was completed in two work days. He also trimmed some trees touching the wood to be painted. Would definitely use his services again.
