"Very thorough and very complete examination and inspection. Had another company out to tell me I needed to replace Furnance or spent $ 3,000 on repairs. So I got other opinions. Of four other companies the other three said Furnance was good and gave me pricing to replace should I consider replacing in next few years. LB found furnace control board and thermostat were not in sync due to bad Thermostat. Replaced thermostat for less than big box price. And replaced control board for 40% less than other quote. I also Purchased Furnance Air purifier which it is working great. LB Checked back to verify everything was in good shape and working properly after installation. Very competitive pricing. Best quote for Furnance work."
