I already thought they were the best, but when a pipe broke in my basement when my husband was out of town and water was flowing everywhere I called Bush. They were at my house Within 10 minutes and cut the water off out in the yard. I had no idea what to do. I’m so thankful they were there for me, I had used them in the past and I’ve always recommended them. We have not received a bill from them yet since the flood, now that is kindness that you don’t see anymore, I do Think that they should bill me

Professional and reasonable price

Great. We called in the morning and had a guy out very shortly. Replaced our main sump pump in our basement. Provided temporary exterior drainage, since they don't do that. The service man was professional, courtesy, wore a mask and booties. Highly recommend.

We noticed a leak from our upstairs bathroom. They arrived on time and quickly assessed that the issue was not a plumbing problem, but an issue with our tile.

It went very well. They gave me tips over the phone on faucet options, but let me make my own choices. I had the new faucet here when they arrived, though they would have brought it with them if I had preferred. They worked very quickly. They also tightened up a loose bathroom handle.

They were great. They have fair pricing and do high quality work. Owner and all plumbers are professional and personable.

Great. They had to cut into an inside wall in order to replace each faucet, but left me with no plaster to repair or paint. The cost was less than estimated by others.

Great, everything was done well and we were completely satisfied. It was more expensive because we weren’t “pre-plumbed” for a softener (they had to hook into a drain by cutting into a wall). It was done as neatly as possible. Again great job.

Every job is done very well -- they're on time, courteous and friendly and work is top quality. They're competitive (not the cheapest, but just right) on price.

Perfect! Bush is the best. I would highly recommend them. They are polite, clean, attentive, & price is right. They also repaired a shower faucet a couple years ago, & it was perfect. I really cannot praise this company enough. I'm so glad a friend recommended them to me.

They were very good. Their price was good, I expected quite a bit. They told me ahead of time what the pricing would be because some of that like replacing the ring and pulling the toilet was not expected at the time. It wasn't part of why I brought them out here. They went through everything with me on the bill before I signed. I like working with them. Mike Bush is great. Mike has called me and set up stuff and I've talked over stuff with him. It's just been a good plumbing company for me to work with. The bundled some of the stuff for me and they completed work that hadn't been scheduled while they were here. They went above and beyond. Mike has always called me right back when I've contacted him by phone or through their website. I have used them again and I will continue to use them if I have any plumbing issues.

They did a very professional job assessing the situation, locating the leak which was in a very unusual hard to find spot and then performing the repair.
