I had to call around for this project, and B & W was the only company that actually knew what I was talking about when I explained that I needed an incinerator removed from my basement. My house is a Broad Ripple bungalow built in 1956 so I'm sure I'm not the only Indy resident out there who had one of these monsters lurking in the basement! The man who came out to do the estimate was knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to set up an appointment to do the work the following week and everything went smoothly. Friendly and efficient technicians, reasonable price. Would hire again.

I contacted B&W when another company gave me a high estimate to fix my HVAC I am glad i did . They found the problem that the first company missed. They fixed it for $1400 less than the first companies estimate. I will use them agai

I can't say enough good things about B & W's technician, Dontril Williams. This is at least the second time he has been sent to our house over the years. He always sticks with the job until it is done and done right. He brings intelligence to any problem and works very hard to get the job done for the customer. He told us we just needed a cartridge replaced in the shower instead of replacing all the fixtures; he did replace the sink faucet; and he replaced the toilet with the toilet we had purchased. He was here for over 2 hours, wore a mask the whole time, and cleaned up any messes. He's the friendly plumber you would always wish to have.

We called on a Monday. They came Tuesday morning and replaced a two foot section of pipe that had a slow leak. Our serviceman took all the necessary COVID19 precautions.

Smooth and efficient

I was very happy with the technician Michael Bratton. He came out within an hour of my phone call to Crystal, who was very helpful and informative. I appreciated her knowing who would be best to send out for my plumbing issue. Michael diagnosed the issue quickly--it was a broken shower handle--but it broke on the inside. So water was flowing out but the knob would not turn the water off. Michael gave me the choice of his getting the shower handle from Lowe's and putting it on or my getting the shower handle and putting in the one screw to hold it on. He showed me which handle to get, including the aisle and bay. I chose to put it on myself, which kept the cost down. Michael also gave me the senior discount, which helped. I will definitely use B & W in the future! They truly are an honest and trustworthy family business!

On time and professional service.

Excellent. Even noticed a possible installation problem (installed by another company) with my scalewatcher that technician is investigating.

The technician showed up on time, was very careful in analyzing what needed to be done and completed the work in a professional manner.

Mostly great, installer forgot a part for the humidifier and has not yet returned to finish. I also anticipated a follow-up call, but have not received one. I am happy with my product.

Michael, the technician quickly went to work assessing the problem and replacing the pipe. Was polite, professional. Appears to have done a good job.

I described my problem to the tech and he immediately guessed what the issue was. Sure enough, the part he suspected was the culprit. Thankfully, he had a replacement with him (that was even higher rated than the one I had) and had my unit running again in under half an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I haven't really used another company for over ten years.  They've come up with creative solutions to problems that I've had.  They're very professional, they're punctual, their pricing is good.  Communication is very good.
