"Mario was very responsive and easy to get in touch with for any questions. Everything happened in a very timely manner. I was expecting for the project to take a while from when I contacted Aventus to when it was done but, given the smaller scope of the work, we were done in no time. Having remodeled a bathroom before with a different company this was very unexpected but very appreciated. Fortino and Brandon were the ones completing the work and were very good about stopping at various stages to show me the work that had been completed thus far. Part of the remodel was to fix a leak and they made sure to show me how they were fixing the damage so I was comfortable with what was being done. They even made additional suggestions unrelated to the project to help control water coming from the shower which I appreciated. The completed project looked great! We would definitely have them again for another remodel if one were to come up."

"Mario was very responsive and easy to get in touch with for any questions. Everything happened in a very timely manner. Brookscandoit Inc is a full service building and remodeling company from design thru completion. I make the home visit, complete the quote and personally perform much of the work. This doesn't allow for numerous ongoing projects, but does allow for close quality control. I truly enjoy what I do and love going to work everyday and I shows in the final product. Everything is by written agreement with a spec page and detailed payment schedule based on what has been completed. You always maintain a final payment in hand to be sure everything has been done. "CSI, and specifically Przemek Rabin, did great work for us on our property. When I called John, he answered the phone, took the time to talk with me and understand what the situation was. Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing. It wasn't an easy process, and there was a few hiccups along the way, but we got through it and hope to use their services again. Highly recommend!"

By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). Even after Jack with coach house agreed that he would not be happy if this driveway was done at his house Noone hass kept any of their promises to help make it right. After spending $60,000 all i van do is write true reviews and settle for unacceptable work."
