It went well! Our water heater went out and Roby's Plumbing fit us in the next day. Rudy came out and was able to repair the water heater for us by replacing a heating element. He even called us a few hours after he left to confirm we were getting hot water once the unit had time to get the water up to temp. Great service, thank you!

Excellent. I just installed an RO water filtration system for drinking water. I needed the RO faucet installed in my kitchen sink, replacing a faucet for an older filtration system. I tried to do it myself, but I just couldn't physically do the necessary contortions. I requested quotes from 3 plumbers. Roby was the first one to show up, gave me a reasonable quote & immediately did the job in a very workmanlike manner. The guy was personable, polite, and did an excellent job. I liked them so much, I've just asked for another quote from them on another job.

Cost was more than expected, close to $300.00 for one hour of work. However I'm 71 and there was no way my body could possibly bend that many directions to get under our sink. Money well spent

okay, I was a little disappointed the service person was not concerned with where he placed his torch.

I am so amazed at the work Aaron, John and their helper Robbi. They are efficient, proficient and methodical about their work. They were on time each day and cleaned up before they left. They did not smoke or use profanity while working, which was so important to me. They did not mind me watching how they execute their plumbing skills. We also had a issue with our washer draining through existing plumbing. They moved the sink and created very neat plumbing along the wall behind the sink to flow into the new pump. My husband and I are so impressed with the quality of their work. We will DEFINITELY call them back on our upstairs bathroom shower problem.

sump pump replaced immediately. No back up system unless I paid 1700.00 just for the back up system. The main pump for the smallest size pump I thought was pricey. They didn't ask what size pump we wanted. But it did save us from an impending flood.

Price was lower than other quotes and plumber was extremely professional. Will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

It actually went very well. They were prompt, worked fast (about 2 hours total), and no leaks when done. My only disappointments were: 1. I remembered afterwards that they advertised a $20 senior discount which was not mentioned. 2. The work quality looked fine except the elbow fittings used look like 1/2" on a 3/4" in and out copper pipe system, so the overall house water flow has likely been reduced somewhat.

They were great. They came on time, very professional and took care of the problem. We bought a new toilet and they installed the new toilet no problem. Highly recommend them

Brandon was awesome! He showed up on time, went above and beyond to fix our problem and even went into our crawl space to make sure our leak was correctly diagnosed. They fixed my problem at a fair rate and quickly. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Water would not drain. Ro opened the drain, then poured hot water through several times to make sure it was unplugged.

On a previous service call, technician Brandon recommended bypassing a non-working water softener to improve water pressure in the house. Today, I noticed a leak from the water softener and called for service. Brandon came and completed the service in a very short time. Water pressure is now very good. Dispatcher Larry and Brandon deserve an A++ for their responsiveness in this situation. I had very limited time before leaving for work, and Brandon was here within a half hour of my call.

On time for appointment, quick, efficient service. The service technician recommended additional work to correct a water pressure problem, but I did not have the work done at that time.
