At Landis & Landis Baths our number one priority, when faced with events like the COVID-19 Pandemic, is the health and safety of our team members and our customers. Our country and our communities are facing challenges that most of us have never faced before. We want to let you know that we are taking stringent measures to protect the health and safety of everyone we work with, including our customers, our vendors and our employees. We have taken unprecedented steps to follow the guidelines provided by public health officials and our government leaders to keep everyone around us healthy and safe. We want our customers to know that we are doing everything we can to continue to meet our on-time installation start and completion dates. We are mandating that our employees stay home if they are sick. We also take their temperature each morning before we head to your home and if they have a temperature then I am your backup. We only work on your job from start to finish. We create a direct path from your front door to the area that we are working and do not veer from that path. We are also providing sanitizer to our employees and we will wipe down all items that we install with an alcohol base sanitizer before we leave. Since our in-store traffic is limited compared to the bigger general merchandise stores, we can easily re-sanitize specific areas in our store as they are utilized throughout the day. For quoting purposes and finalizing the remodeling project, I can also schedule private appointments in our showroom or bring samples and design options to your home thus limiting outside contact. We are a family owned and operated company that strives to make the Angie's List customer satisfied. We have not missed a start or a completion date on a project since 1997. We aren't like most other remodeling companies - we clean up after ourselves and we do it right the first time.

Gerald did a splendid job of measuring, making suggestions and writing a very detailed, everything included contract. Nick started on time and finished on time...meaning start date and end date. Nick paid close attention to details and saved my 43 yr-old wallpaper in both bathrooms. We truly cannot praise his expertise and workmanship enough!!! And, neat!!! Nick kept everything very clean and neat. I never had to follow behind him to cleanup. We highly recommend Landis and Landis!!!!

I'm 72 years old, I've owned seven houses and I've never dealt with a better contractor than Landis & Landis. Gerald laid it all out for us and gave us a price far better than our other three quotes. Son Nick installed everything with his standard level of perfection. Landis and Landis remodeled three bathrooms in our previous house. They were A+ in every regard. They are quality all the way.

They have done work for me before, they've done our master bathroom 10 years prior. They're very reasonably priced. The father, Gerald, come and gives you the estimate and his son, Nick, come and does the work. They are very conscientious as to how things are done, they want it done perfect as to customer's qualification. Couldn't ask for a better couple to come in and do the work.

We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Nick and Gerald Landis. Throughout the process they were quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. There was always a sense they truly cared about the work they were doing for us and wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress and the end result. We were fortunate in that our start date was moved up AND they were done a day early!!! Nick became a member of our family very quickly. At no time did we ever feel we were just "paying customers". I have read where some customers wanted to adopt Nick and I now understand why they would say that. If you are sincere about getting the best quality in a construction project, along with developing a sense of trust, then Landis and Landis is the team for you. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or to refer them to friends or family. They earned our respect and that is something we do not offer easily.

Everything went very well - the tub/shower areas had to be redesigned and rebuilt and the new plan will be a much better use of space. The project started on time and ended early, and Nick always left everything clean and neat. He also did a great job on the wall and ceiling repair, you can't tell where anything was taken out and moved. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with Landis & Landis. When Mr. Landis came out to provide the estimate, he spend approximately 2 hours reviewing, measuring, photographing, sketching and discussing the project with me. The estimate was detailed and fair value for the scope of the project. Nick Landis (his son) started and completed the work according to the planned schedule. The project lasted several weeks, and all the work was done by Nick - no subcontractors. The work-site was always tidy at the end of the day. We communicated throughout, and they accommodated a few changes to the original plan. The end result was a beautiful new bathroom. I highly recommend working with this team, if you’re lucky enough to get onto their schedule!

Wonderful service! Gerald responded to my initial request quickly and set up a quote appointment. The same night he came to see the project, we had a detailed quote. He worked with us on changes to keep within our budget and gave us a couple of choices for when the work could be done. They started and finished exactly when they said they would and we couldn't be happier with the end results ( new shower surround, faucet, flooring with trim, vanity, mirror and lighting).

Excellent! Outstanding customer service that continues after the original job is complete. Landis&Landis had remodeled 2 bathrooms. After I had damage to my home, I needed repairs. While it was a small job and the original work had been performed over 3 years ago, Gerald Landis proved he was totally committed to customer service. They repaired the bathroom and it looks the same as it did originally. They are outstanding at working with an insurance company to be sure the customer's home is restored to the original state. Total dedication to customer service with quality products and craftsmanship.

Excellent job! Always neat and clean. Perfect matches of woodwork to my original door. My house was built in the 50's, so the bathroom is small. What I had in mind was perfectly implemented. A beautiful linen closet was added too! I could not ask for anything better than what I received for the money. You do wait for their services, but IT IS WORTH THE WAIT. Both Nick and Gerald felt like family. Highly recommend!

The whole process went extremely well. From the initial quote to the final result, Landis and Landis show up when they say they will, are great with follow through, honest, hard working, meticulous and do an impeccable job. The work area was so clean when the job was complete and the craftmanship was absolutely beautiful. Gerald and Nick are true professionals and do a job and provide a service the way it should be. Landis & Landis repaired a shower wall leak. This involved removing and replacing the shower door, repairing the walls and tile. In addition they replaced countertops and faucets in the master bath and spare bathroom. The result is fantastic! Surpassed our expectations. They were excellent to work with and would definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with the work done. Our experience, from meeting Gerald and discussing the estimate to scheduling the work and meeting Nick, who did the repairs/ installation was exceptional. Gerald and Nick were courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have an older, quirky home and a mysterious leak that caused severe damage to our subfloor in an upstairs bathroom and to the kitchen ceiling below. Nick not only found the leak and repaired it, but he also noticed an additional problem and offered to stay late to fix it. I highly recommend Landis and Landis for any plumbing or remodel needs. Above and beyond.

Nick Landis has clearly been doing this type of work for a while and did a very neat, clean job. He tore out existing tile, tub and plumbing, built a false wall with reinforcement for grab bar and seat, repaired drywall, installed swanstone panels, shower base, shower doors and new plumbing (drain, water supply, fixtures). There was very little for us to do, apart from waiting for the adhesives and caulking to set. Everything looks and works great.

We hired Landis & Landis to remodel a bath in a home in 2005 and they did a wonderful job. Hired them again in 2018 and again were completely pleased. Gerald is very helpful and thorough with the estimate - incredibly responsive. His son, Nick, does the work and he is great! He is timely, respective, and clearly knows his business. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn't be more please. Price is very reasonable.
