Jeff Berry, owner of Bath Crest, repaired a crack at the bottom of a newer acrylic tub on 5/30/19 for $298.00. After my tenant moved out on June 6, 2020, I noticed the crack he repaired had cracked again, except there was a little more cracking this time. A week later I called Jeff to let him know and to see if he could do anything about it. He told me it was over a year ago and that it was out of warranty. I was frustrated because the crack probably re-cracked during the warranty period, but I didn't know because my tenant never told me. Plus, we were just 2 weeks outside of the warranty period. I didn't necessarily think he should come out for free. I was hoping he might come back out, but give me a break on the price. It was just two weeks outside of his one year warranty. I also mentioned that I had a crack like this repaired by someone else on my own personal tub and that it had lasted over 20 years. He told me I should go have them do this repair too. He got confrontational about it. Since I couldn't remember who did my last tub repair 20+ years ago, I called Indiana Resurfacing. They came in one week, did a great repair and gave me a five year warranty. I will never use Bath Crest again.

Jeff is such a professional, know's his craft and Is reasonably priced. When I first utilized his services it was to clean up a bath tub and he did a fantanstic job (other contractors told me I needed a new tub). He went and evaluated the tub, determined he could clean it up and then sent me a picture of his completed work. I have a tenant in the place now and (6 months later) the tenant complained that the tub was cracked. I called Jeff, & Jeff first provided many suggestions to seal the crack until he could get there. Once he got into the house he found that their was actually no crack and tub was in solid condition. I really appreciate his knowledge, expediency, communication and professionalism! I highly recommend his reliable services.

I had a great experience. Jeff came by the same day and told me that they didn't need refinishing, they just needed a good cleaning. He asked when I wanted it done by and offered to do it the next day. He gave me a verbal quote and we scheduled the work. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He charged me exactly what he quoted. He was done in a little over 2 hours and they both look great!

Bath Crest had done this tub approximately 20 years ago. It has gone through 4 children and 2 adults during that time. We decided to have it redone and they have done a great job. He was prompt in calling me back to set up the appointment, He was on time for the job and finished when he said he would. We are very happy with his service.

Bathtub was reglazed on Wednesday and exceeds expectations. Jeff was responsive, on-time and is determined to leave you with the best possible result. I opted not to have the textured bottom but was offered a very reasonable $25 "re-do" should I change my mind. Entire process took about 5 hours and bathtub will be usable in 48 hours. He finished about 3:00 and fumes had dissipated enough in the next room by 11:00 to not be bothersome.

They did an excellent job. For what they were doing, it was fair enough. I absolutely would use them again.

Jeff provided excellent, expert service from start to finish. I was on a fairly tight schedule, as I wanted to surprise my wife with a mini-remodel of our master bath while she was traveling for work. During our initial email exchange, I shared photos with Jeff, who was able to make some decisions and recommendations before coming to my home. Knowing the tub was part of a larger remodeling project, he recommended the tile work for the bathtub surround be completed before he was on-site. We scheduled his work, and he arrived right on time the morning of our project. He explained the process not only ahead of time, but once he was here as well. He did a great job of cleaning and repairing a couple of chips to the surface, and made good use of his time. At the end of the day, we noticed some orange peel texture in one area of the tub. Jeff had offered to return a few days later to install a new tub drain after the new surface had cured, complete sealing the tile line with caulk (since I'd failed to fully complete my end of the pre-work on the tile installation) and re-sand and spray the orange-peel area. On the second day, Jeff was again right on time, and worked quickly with care to complete the rest of the work. Great experience, and while I don't expect to have to resurface this tub anytime soon, I'd hire Bath Crest again without hesitation.

Great service! Our renter painted the bathtub and it was chipping which created a big mess now that we're trying to sell the place. Jeff was easy to work with and got the tub looking like new. Genuine and trustworthy!

Excellent! Jeff was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was accommodating when we had to move out the re-glazing appointment, explained everything he would be doing, was on time, and cleaned up after he was done. The work is beautiful; the tub looks brand new.

Great. A painter put a 2 inch crack/hole in the tub with his ladder. Jeff fixed it so that we can't even tell it was there.
