excellent. the technician used a sensor to trace the wires until he found the break. he repaired the wire break and some underground piping. he also tuned up the rest of the system.

Better than I thought. The repairman found that I did not need a whole vacuum breaker replacement..just a part replacement...which saved me $70! I appreciated their honesty and quick repair.

There was no leak in the irrigation system (which was perfectly installed by them in the first place) but they went above and beyond by finding where our leak was which was completely unconnected to the sprinkler system. Always great service by these people

This all started with a call on Monday where I spoke with an extremely knowledgeable man when I called the company to get an estimate. I was expecting to need more sprinklers installed, he assured me the home likely has everything it needs, but just needs some tune ups and adjustments to better serve the yard since it’s been a few decades since the sprinkler system was installed and the plants have grown. I later found out it was Scott, the owner of the company, which was a pleasant surprise to see the owner being so involved and knowledgeable, rather than just being a business manager. Artemio was our technician today, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for service. He immediately spotted leaks in heads I haven’t seen, identified room for improvement in adjustments, and offered multiple options on how to replace specific heads that weren’t serving the area where we had some plants dying due to dehydration. I appreciated his insight, clear explanation of the problem and solution, and his workmanship was clean, didn’t leave a mess, and he had me turn the system on and off many times so I would be 100% satisfied with the result.

The technician was able to send signals through the wiring and use a detector to find where the wires were broken. Without this tool and expertise, it would have taken hours to find the breaks instead of just about half an hour. He first fixed the wiring and then replaced a leaking joint. He also replaced some old oscillating heads and improved the coverage of the front zone. I was very impressed with his skill and honesty. He spent almost 3 hours and with parts and labor the price was $300 before the Angie's list discount. Prices for parts were not any higher than do it yourself parts.

They arrive a little before eight in the morning with a crew of six and two trucks...each 2 Man crew Had specific jobs preparing And installing the irrigation system...I had nine zones installed .... they installed Water misters for all my many flowerbeds and large flowerpots ... I am very satisfied with the job they did and would highly recommend them ....their prices are very very competitive

It was raining on 6-21-18, I don't run a 6 man crew, my crew was off due to rain, 9 zones would be more that $3,000, a crew of 6 does not add up to, two 2-man crews and we do not have a [Member Name Removed] in our data base. If this work was actually done it was someone impersonating my company. If I'm wrong, [Member Name Removed] you owe me $3,000 since I have not received payment for such great work."

I had to pay an additional $50, there were something with the heads. They did very well. They were on time and they didn't leave until the problem was fixed. They're not so cheap. They were on time. They were very professional.

The special on Angie's' lust was merely a service charge to come & check system. No repairs were included. Had to pay separate for replacement if a couple broken heads. The total costs was about what I waoukd gave paid any local sprinkler repair company. They arrived 2 hours after appointed time. Wish they would have told me later time so I was not just sitting & waiting & having to call them to find out when they would get there.

"The special is to check the system as noted, a few minor adjustments but no repairs or parts. If repairs are required we waive the minimum and charge strait time. If you schedule the repairs as a regular service call the first 30 minutes would be $85. Instead, the first 30 minutes is $42.50 with the coupon."

Their price us usually consistent, they usually have a special on Angie's list. I'd give them an "A", they are pretty efficient. They come in and do the work, not sure if it's worth what I paid for. Never the less, it's a competitive rate and they do the work. The longevity of the company impresses me, it's been the same guy for the last 4 years to do the tune-up so he understands, I don't know how familiar he is or if he remembers it, but at least it's consistency, it's a long time company that has stayed in business. The price is mid-range, not the best price, other people are less. But it's essentially a good price for the every year, I kind of like budgeting it. I had to call, they scheduled me right away, I had to reschedule and they were fine with that and rescheduled to my convenience. They were right on time. I intend to use them again.

Fischer irrigation came in under the other quotes we had for a state of the art system. What came standard with the system we purchased came as upgrades with others we priced. Scott Fischer's crew did a great job installing the Hunter system at our old house. We had an electric dog fence, which his crew accidentally hit. When Scott was informed, they fixed it immediately. Great job with clean up. As we have now moved, I will be hiring them again when we are ready to install a system at our new home.

They checked the whole system, and fixed a couple of the heads. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them. They came when they said they were going to come, and got out in a timely manner. They did not push things that we did not need. Our sprinkler system is working better now.

It seems like Fischer's customer service is going down the drain. Last year when I used them around October for irrigation system tune up and sprinkler heads replacement, it went well and I gave a good review. Yesterday I called for service, I had to wait a long time, just so that when a lady answered the call and talked to me for a couple minutes, she then put me on hold again for a long time that I had to hang up. Today, I called again, still had to wait a long time before some lady picked up, talked to me for a minute, then hung me up. I'll get someone else from now on.
