We are a privately owned and operated business, with the owner in the field with the employees daily. We have on hand three licensed chemical technicians. Mr. Kessinger will meet with possible clients for estimates and questions. Estimates are free. Mrs. Kessinger will prepare estimates and invoices for billing. We are fully insured up to $2,000,000.

Crew showed up (2 guys) and it took about a day and a half. I feel they did a poor job in as much as they left dirt strewen around the area they trenched making muddy areas where they did not need to. I guess they did not want to take the excess dirt with them. They were to seed and straw the area they trenched and the seeding was VERY thin and the straw was also uneven with lots of bare spots. One of the pop-up emitters has already dislodged from the corrugated pipe and eroded the area around it. It looked to be just pushed into the elbow joint and not secured or fastened in any way. Several areas are starting to settle will need to be re-compacted. I was never invoiced and the owner came around for his check and never even asked if I was satisfied with the job. Just got his money and left (he did say Thank You).

Everything went fine. It just took a while to complete. Had a bit of difficulty organizing everything as I didn't know I had to have my sprinkler marked off ahead of time. Once we were able to get things marked everything was smooth. Kessinger was very helpful and even extended our deal past the expiration date- which was very nice of them. It did take a few messages here on AL and finally a phone call to get our service scheduled- (i don't think the messaging service here always works that well)

"Our records show that the Big Deal that was purchased was for an aeration and over-seed. I do not have a coupon number for the Big Deal that we ran for treatments. Our records show that we communicated with him several times in October and November to get the aeration completed. The aeration was completed before Thanksgiving but due to an application to the lawn done by another company we needed to wait to do the over-seed. Due to weather we scheduled to come back in the spring to over-seed. Our records show we were there in last week of April and completed the over-seed."

They provided a coupon, I don't recall the exact amount, but they returned my call right away, performed the service promptly. A check was left for them. The only thing I was surprised was I never heard back from them. I'm ok with that, just surprised I didn't get any additional information about other services.
