We are two brothers with over 45 years of combined experience, and work with highly qualified sub-contractors whom which we have maintained long relationships. We were born and raised on the North Side of Indianapolis and are very familiar with the older existing construction methods as well as the latest in new construction techniques and materials. We can produce and/or elaborate on your dreams or simple correct any of your problem areas, no initial fee.

"Lowes deserves less than 0 stars for a paid job of nearly $2000. We ordered interior doors and installation on 10/20/2023. They lost the order. The lead assessment was never done. We finally got an install date for 12/1. They called on the 1st to cancel due to rain. We called them back and got an install date of 12/6. They texted on the 5th (today) to reschedule for the 14th. We called today to ask why. No help there; they lost our order AGAIN but promised to look into it. We were on hold for 18 minutes and then they hung up. We called back yet again. The next representative was rude and wouldn't listen. Another 13 minutes wasted with no resolution. Our next step is going back to the store for a refund. Enough is ENOUGH."

That was over 2 months ago, we have not received a call or an update on the floors and what the plan is moving forward. Overall would avoid ever using this company and would caution anyone looking for new flooring. Customer service is not top priority and the quality of service is less than an acceptable standard. We did not intend on moving into a brand new built home, and needing our floors replaced TWICE in 3 years. Communication goes a long way, as does doing the right thing."
