Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. Other contractor said bay window roof and flashing at the brick and siding transition needed replaced. Boss of 2nd contractor later confirmed tuck pointing was needed and the roof and flashing work was not. Joey was the third person to check out my problem and he said tuck pointing and caulking was needed. He responds very quickly to set appointments for estimates and the actual work. He did a great job. He did not replace some bricks that the other contractor was going to replace, but Joey did the job for half the price. He caulked the 2 cracked bricks to keep water out."
