About us
Custom Home Design & Build, Remodel, Refurbish, Restorations. We are two brothers with over 45 years of combined experience, and work with highly qualified sub-contractors whom which we have maintained long relationships. We were born and raised on the North Side of Indianapolis and are very familiar with the older existing construction methods as well as the latest in new construction techniques and materials. We can produce and/or elaborate on your dreams or simple correct any of your problem areas, no initial fee.

I have not included the final price as that would only be relevent at this time. The pricing was excellent. When we inquired about an idea we wanted, different choices were presented so we could feel comfortable with our choice.
In the future if we have another project, we would consult with Advanced Design and Build first.
