Beautiful and high quality craftsmanship. We let Alisa chose the paint color and hardware and her selections were spot on, she has beautiful taste and completely understood the look I wanted to achieve. Some problems with installation; cabinets to the left and right of a window hung at different dimensions from the window, sink base cabinets not centered perfectly to the window (not noticeable without measuring), stove is not centered to the uppers so was unable to do a herringbone square over the stove, uppers hung at slightly different heights also not noticeable until we installed the backsplash. Contacted Alisa to have 2 cabinets lowered on March 6th but to-date (March 18th) have not had a response. We finally designed our own solution but for the money paid, felt as tho the job should have been completed to our satisfaction.

Easy design process.  Andy Kinser came to our home several times to measure and check his measurements.  Gave us options to deal with several difficult areas.
Andy was very helpful in the door, stain and hardware selection process.
The cabinets were extremely high quality materials and construction.  Miller Maid was on time and communicated well.

They do exactly what you want. But, the worst thing is they don't always keep their appointments and they're hard to get a hold of. But once you get them in the house, they do an excellent job. They have a good variety of tiles and that's great. It's just that they are a little unorganized right now, or at they they were in 2013. I think they were short in office help and that really was a problem. Good product though.

They did a great job on the kitchen cabinets.

This company is very knowledgeable about cabinets and always very professional in their dealings with us. If I build another house, I will only consider Miller Maid.

While sometimes hard to get in touch with them, the quality of the work was impressive.  Miller Maid designed a master bath cabinet with unique features just as we hoped.  They also created a matching set of vanity mirrors with zero complication.  The installers were extremely professional.  The quartz countertops came from a third party and the three way communication was a bit complicated. This led to confusion on the countertop pricing that wasn't as transparent as for the cabinets themselves.

Miller Maid is fantastic! Every moment from the minute we walked in the door to the install went well. The staff works with you to choose all aspects of the design. They are very patience and let you take all the time you need to make the choices that are right for you. The project was completed on time and the vanity was more beautiful than we imagined. Cheers to a wonderful product and outstanding customer service.

Being new to the area, we really did not have anyone to ask for references when deciding to remodel our kitchen. After searching on line for contractors, we decided to be safe and join Angie's List. Miller Maid was chosen from the list of contractors with excellent ratings. They were the first and last call we made. Tom made an appointment to visit our home and take measurements based on our requested time frame. He arrived on time and came armed with several ideas to solve our kitchen island problem.
Once the design was complete, it took one visit to their showroom to pick finishes and hardware. At that point, Tom provided a price and installation date which was agreeable to all. He also went the extra mile to make all arrangements for the counter top which came from another company. I would highly recommend using Miller Maid for any project, big or small. We are very happy with the cabinets and enjoyed the whole process of the kitchen remodel.

We worked with Alisa McPheron on our kitchen renovation.  Alisa was very professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of our project.   My husband and I visited their showroom and gave her approximate dimensions of our existing kitchen cabinets and also selected a new style.  Alisa came out to our home took several measurements of our kitchen then created a drawing with some options for us to choose from.  All questions we had before we settled on the final configuration were answered by Alisa within a day or less.   The cabinets were built and installed in five weeks, exactly as promised.  The granite came from Cathedral Marble and Granite from Whitestown, which also has an outstanding product, and was installed the same day as our cabinets.  Both sets of installers were professional and left the job neat and clean.  Our kitchen cabinets turned out beautiful and we are very pleased with the overall project.  I would highly recommend Miller Maid Cabinets.

They did a beautiful job. I gave them a drawing of what I wanted and they came out to do some measurements. Everything looks gorgeous.

The owner came out, measured for all sorts of combinations, then gave me various options.  I decided to keep the existing cabinets and we scheduled the craftsman to come out and complete the reconfiguration of the cabinets to accommodate the new dishwasher.

Joe came out and completed the job.  Did an excellent job, I was very pleased with both the job and the professionalism.

I worked with Tom Davis on a kitchen/dining room remodel.  I got the cabinets exactly as I wanted and a beautiful maple butcher block for an 8 ft. island.  I wanted copper detailing on the butcher block and the range hood.  It looks amazing.  If I had a question Tom had it answered within 24 hours.  When I wanted to add more shelves it was not a problem.  Tom also did a built in buffet with cabinets in my dining room.  The shelves pull out nicely and I have a lot of storage.  Tom had me pick out the granite for the kitchen and marble for the dining room at Cathedral Marble.  Hard to find but worth the trip.  I am very pleased with the finished product.  His crew is the best!

Considering this was not a big job,this company was very accomodating. After going to all the " big box " stores looking for a special hinge with a reverse bevel, I ended at Miller-Maid who was very helpful in finding the hinges. It was an afterthought to have the glass inserts put into two doors which look great.

Overall experience was excellent. My husband and I visited the store explaining the design we were looking for and received an approximate cost. We then shopped around several other places and found that Miller Maid was the one that would do exactly what we wanted and needed. My husband and I sat with the designer and provided specific size requirements, picked out specific style of drawers and doors, stain and handles. They built and then delivered and we were very pleased. The only thing I wish is I had picked a little darker stain; however, that was nothing that they caused. Great Company!

It took a few weeks to get to us, but they did a good job when they got there.

Miller Maid was very easy to work with from start to finish. Suggestions on design of kitchen coupled with my wish list came together beautifully.
