"King's Mitagators responded quickly to my request, which was greatly appreciated. Sam came out to inspect and quote the job and he could not have been easier to work with during this process. He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Shawn was great!! Super responsive. Gave me a very fair quote on Monday, did the work on Wednesday, and finished a new system installation by Friday. This included digging up 40' of concrete in my basement and replacing it after the drainage system was in. Very nice and pleasant and took great care with my home. "Horrible experience. Botched job!! Day one after construction I asked someone to please come look at the job!! Steve blew me off until time to collect final payment. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"I did not receive any call backs from them. Daniel did not follow up on request for something I would like to be done. After the job was done. I requested his opinion and further photograph. I got no reply. The workers were okay but Daniel was not."

"Working with Hays and Sons was not a good experience. We had water damage and they made repairs without checking with our insurance company so we ended up paying out of pocket. They did a terrible job painting our ceiling and their solution was to paint one stripe at the top of each wall. Now we have to paint all the walls on the first floor ourselves. They initially charged us for over $2,000 of services they did not provide. I think they hope customers don't look carefully at the bills, especially if the insurance company is paying."
