Shawn was great!! Super responsive. Gave me a very fair quote on Monday, did the work on Wednesday, and finished a new system installation by Friday. This included digging up 40' of concrete in my basement and replacing it after the drainage system was in. Very nice and pleasant and took great care with my home. I couldn't be more pleased and STRONGLY RECOMMEND him!!

He estimated the job at $2,600 and asked for $1,300 up front and the rest when the job was completed. Three weeks went by and nothing was started. I tried calling him but his voicemail was full. I tried texting him and he only texted me back once saying he would call me right back but didn?t. He went silent after that. Neither his card or the contract had his business address and finding it took some doing. The address listed in the yellow pages turned out to be a house that he no longer lived at. Through some professional help I was able to find where he lived so I went there to retrieve my funds. Hopefully the check that he wrote me won?t bounce. I will never use Anji?s list again.

No issues with the French drain, it is working fine. They did cause some damage to some branches on our dogwood that resulted in having to remove them.

Was very professional and gave a fair estimate. As with all projects unanticipated problems arose which slightly increased final cost. Job was completed in a reasonable time after factoring in bad weather.

Every question was answered from the beginning, in the middle, and when the job was over with. Turned out we needed extra work different from just waterproofing and it got handled with ease. Such a relief now knowing our basement will not flood or our walls will not continue to cave in.

This was the 3rd job. 2 previous were for simple roof repair. This was to replace all windows (15), vinyl siding, gutters and a new roof over back deck. Paid the 50% deposit in June. Supposed to be completed in August 2019. Was finally completed in December 2019. Just replaced myself, 4 pieces of siding that had blown off (April 2020). The one good note was that his subcontractor that did the windows did a great job but that was the only work that was up to my expectations.

Way to high on cost. I was stuck between a hard place and a rock. I knew 3 days of rain was coming. I needed it fixed now. He wanted a $1,000.00, $900.00 if I paid cash. Replaced about 4 shingles caulked two valleys and sealed the chimney. He was here about two hours. And let's say about $30.00 in materials. This was done in January. I was in my kitchen this morning and noticed coffee grounds splashed on the wall next to my counter. The chimney had leaked worse than before. I had just patched the ceiling from the leak it had before. I am 66 years old retired on Social Security. I have a bad ankle. I would have done it myself. And in that cost I thought that he was going to fix my fascia board and reattach my gutter. That did not happen. March 29 2020. That was about if he was here 3 hours $300.00 more or less.

In addition to roofing my house and garage , Shawn also did foundation work ( installation of footer and leveling ) and removed then re-poured a front porch . Shawn was very responsive to all issues, always left the work site clean and was extremely knowledgeable in a wide range of disciplines. Having one contractor do all three jobs saved me time and made it easy for the work to be done efficiently. Would highly recommend shawn

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
I hired Shawn and his crew to install a French drain around my house. We agreed upon $1200 for the job. Well after paying half upfront it took over 2 weeks for them to start. Once they began, his crew was only at my house working for 3 hours to dig and install 100 ft French drain. After they left, I looked over their work and it was extremely sloppy and unprofessional. My yard was a mess and they didn t put back any of my landscaping. In fact, the drain did not even work properly. I called Shawn and he was out of town but came to look at it 1 week later. He agreed that the drain and work was improperly completed. He said he would fix it tho and even knocked $100 off of the $600 that had yet to be paid. He told me he would knock out the work in no time over the next week. Well after speaking with him today, he nor his crew showed up this week but he said it would be another few days. At this point I had paid him only $600 (half) and the simple project has been going on for over 1 month. However, I told him that our business is finished after hearing it would be even longer than promised. His crew was very unprofessional and tore up my yard completely. I am completely astonished at how worthless this project turned out. Shawn is a very nice person, but he sent the wrong people to do the job. Now my yard is a mess and I will not allow him or his crew to come back due to all the broken promises. DO NOT HIRE FOR FRENCH DRAIN INSTALLATION!

Shawn and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job on our mold problem with total incapsulation. The roof also was done with new hanger clips on guttering. I m very pleased with this company and their crew.

I believe Shawn had knowledgeable experience in installing french drains and other various drains. There was some issues but there customer service was good and was prompt in getting those issues fixed.

Very good work definitely don't waste any time ,would have liked remove the dirt because it is sitting on top of the old vapor barrier ,but they wanted more money which is understandable it's hard work all in all they done a fine job. I would definitely give them a #1 referral

Timely estimate provided and started work following Monday. Estimated work to take no more that 5 days. Given completion date of first Friday still incomplete, received test saying be back on Sunday (an inconvenience to most households) no one showed up. Assumed since they were supposed to finish on on Sunday that Monday would be completed. Received a text saying would be there Tuesday, couldn't make it from Bonneville to Evansville due to Eclipse traffic. Tuesday, got home from work, they were still not done. Was told it would be complete that Friday, not done. Then would be back to finish Saturday which forced me to re-schedule a planned outdoor BBQ on short notice. Two men showed up and worked from Noon to 4, we are now at 2 weeks and still not done. Finally, they finished the following Monday. The roof is acceptable but the gutters aren't. A couple are crooked and not draining properly which was the reason for having them replaced. These were "free" for signing with them. The reason I cannot recommend this company is that the work was drawn out over a long period of time as they only worked at the house 1 full day with a full crew. All others were a couple of guys or one and only partial days. The final straw was the fact that I was in the hospital the past 2 weeks after having emergency surgery and was strictly prohibited from any stress. My brother who was taking care of household things had to bother me because of the less than profession phone messages and text being sent by the company owner for collection of the final payment. If he felt I was withholding payment, a mail statement would have been sufficient...I received that too. Payment terms were 1/2 at start and 1/2 at completion which would have taken place had the project been completed on time. I would give a zero for customer service if that were an option. If there was a place, I would submit pictures as well. Bottom line, I got what I paid for.

I do want to thank you for taking the time to leave this review and I apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused you. I will be getting in touch with you in regards to the dissatisfaction of your gutters, as I was unaware of this. If there is ever a question or concern, I let all my customers know how to get in contact with me, email, phone, or text. My #1 priority as a business owner is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services you received, I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it. I always try to get in touch with the homeowners once we have completed the work to do a walk through with them, so if there are any questions or concerns with the work, we can resolve them sooner then later. I do not provide start of job or completion dates on my contracts due to unforeseen circumstances (ie: rain, snow, strong winds, etc.) that might arise and cause a delay or in some circumstances, early start/completion. I would cause the homeowners more issues if I opened their roof up and it rained inside their home. Mother nature can sometimes be a headache for both the homeowner and myself. I communicate my projected start date with the homeowner and an estimated time frame on work. If we have set backs during the week, then yes I will try to do the work on the weekends. As I know it can be an inconvenience to some households, I always ask before just showing up on the weekend. It's your prerogative to decline us to work if it does not work with your schedule. My intent is never to be an inconvenience to any homeowner. As far as the crew goes, I do only utilize as many of my employees that are necessary to complete the job. Once again I want to thank you for your time and I hope you will give me the opportunity to address your concern with the gutters that were installed."
