"First, I want to say I am sorry to hear about your hospitalization and hope you're on the mend of things. I do want to thank you for taking the time to leave this review and I apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused you. I will be getting in touch with you in regards to the dissatisfaction of your gutters, as I was unaware of this. If there is ever a question or concern, I let all my customers know how to get in contact with me, email, phone, or text. My #1 priority as a business owner is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services you received, I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it. I always try to get in touch with the homeowners once we have completed the work to do a walk through with them, so if there are any questions or concerns with the work, we can resolve them sooner then later. I do not provide start of job or completion dates on my contracts due to unforeseen circumstances (ie: rain, snow, strong winds, etc.) that might arise and cause a delay or in some circumstances, early start/completion. I would cause the homeowners more issues if I opened their roof up and it rained inside their home. Mother nature can sometimes be a headache for both the homeowner and myself. I communicate my projected start date with the homeowner and an estimated time frame on work. If we have set backs during the week, then yes I will try to do the work on the weekends. As I know it can be an inconvenience to some households, I always ask before just showing up on the weekend. It's your prerogative to decline us to work if it does not work with your schedule. My intent is never to be an inconvenience to any homeowner. As far as the crew goes, I do only utilize as many of my employees that are necessary to complete the job. Once again I want to thank you for your time and I hope you will give me the opportunity to address your concern with the gutters that were installed."
