Services went well..... The guys got here at the time stated. They worked hard at the job, and it looked nice when they were finished. I thought the prices were probably as good as could be found.

I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. Throughout the cleaning, the men took care with my furniture and belongings.
An outstanding job by an excellent provider.
