We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. We will continue to use this company and recommend them to those we know in Hendricks County.

On Friday night (of course), we discovered that our water heater had gone out and its warranty had ended this past January. While we knew it wasn't an "emergency" situation, we were hoping to be able to find someone to come out and replace over the weekend. Our first attempted provider (one with whom we had an existing plumbing relationship) fizzled out. Our second attempted provider gruffly responded that he wasn't working that weekend. So, yes, Justin Dorsey Plumbing was our third call this time, but next time they will be our first. We are delighted to have been able to hire a local Hendricks County company and that they were able to come out and service us so quickly and at no extra charge for the weekend hours. Same day service on a Saturday was truly amazing to us. It was what we were hoping for, but we really weren't sure we'd find it.
As far as the actual water heater goes, seemed to be a smooth install. Paul was friendly and courteous. Only time will tell as to the quality of the unit, etc., but for now I am a super satisfied customer.

We had a plumbing problem when we got home from vacation. Having just spent a lot of time off of work, we were looking for somebody who could come during non traditional hours. We called on a Sunday and our plumber, Trinity showed up just 2 hours later. He seemed very trustworthy and honest from the start. He gave several different options to allow us to control the cost of the repair. When asked what he would do, he was very honest with us and didn't pressure us at all. He was punctual and very professional. We will be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing again and requesting Trinity specifically. 

They were polite and courteous from the time I called to set the appointment till the moment they left with all the repairs completed in a very timely manner.

Made the appointment on Tuesday for Friday between 9:00 and 11:00 am. Someone did call and say the technician would be late, but they didn't know how late. Technician didn't show up until 3:00 pm. Michael R. was my technician and he was fabulous!!! Very attentive to what I wanted done and got right to it. Worked very efficiently and while it did take him awhile, he did an excellent job! I would have him back out if we needed anything in the future. He is an asset to JDP. As far as the late start time, don't blame Michael R for that, but maybe the ones who schedule the appointments could be a little more diligent in keeping in mind that the customer may have others things they need to get done too. All n all, I would use them again, but would definitely expect on time service.

I was very dissatisfied. I had them come out to check my well pump. He dropped a plumb bob down there and said he was hitting rocks and stuff and he was going to have to bring a crew back out to pull the pump up out of the well to see what the problem was and they could possibly break the well casing getting it out. He charged me $70 just for that diganosis. Then, my son told me about a guy that does plumbing for him and he came out and looked at it. Well, this guy lost his plumb bob down in there too and couldn't recover it. So, the next guy that comes, that my son recommended came and he had a machine with him. Him and his son, just the 2 of them pulled the pump up out of the well. He said, number one that guy should never have put a plumb bob in there as long as the pump was still in the well and the rocks he had been claiming to hit was nothing but the casing or the well casing, the flanges that were holding the electric wire that went to the pump. And he got his plumb bob tangled in there. He said he should never have put the plumb bob in there in the first place with the pump still in there. Well, he got it up with no problem at all and had to replace the pump for me.
I called them and told them I was dissatisfied and I wanted my money back because I got someone else to fix it and they said okay but I never got my check back or any money.
