"After not getting a return call at first when I tried to schedule an appointment, they were very helpful. When I followed up friday morning to check on an appointment they said someone would be there within the hour - which was fantastic. The garage door had some damage to the lower panel and had come off the tracks and was lopsided. They got the garage door working again in no time and had me a quote for replacing the lower panel about 30 minutes after the technician left. It was a fantastic experience despite the hiccup at the beginning. I have already scheduled them to come out and replace the lower panel."

"He did a great job it was delayed due to the weather. I had a little issue with my phone which apparently was not sending my messages so once fixed all went well. He was able to go and put my neighbor's mailboxes up that my mother knocked down with an accident with her car. The neighbor was impressed that he worked in the drizzle and completed it all. He is happy. I spoke with him to confirm all is well. He said Alex was great and did a great job."
