Did a good job

It went very well. We received 3 estimates and all 3 were the same, but Paramount was able to get us the door two weeks faster than the others. Some of the other salesmen seemed overwhelmed by trying to catch up after the Covid close down and Paramount was cool, calm and collected!

He did a great job. He said it was a small issue and could fix it very quickly which he did. He checked the springs, bolts, etc. and offered to also do a complete maintenance service including what he came out for and would charge $100 then gave me the Angie's List discount. He oiled, adjusted chain, checked and tightened all garage door bolts, checked and lubed the rollers and checked springs, etc. THEN he did all that to my 2nd garage door too! All the while he was very pleasant to talk with. I recommended him to a friend of mine. He drove quite a distance and came after hours as this was an 'emergency'. The repair took very little time and he told my friend that he would not charge him for the repair because of that. Even though my friend insisted on paying something, he still declined to accept payment. Incredible in this day and age.

TJ was very responsive! Called on Wednesday and had him scheduled to replaced two openers (single and double bay) by Friday! He was more than prompt he was early and finished ahead of his projected project time. When a packaging issue arose he easily worked in a plan to get it corrected by Monday! He helped set up WiFi capabilities and ensured the keypad was working. I also greatly appreciate his patience as our 3 year old son named himself to being TJ’s assistant for more than a half an hour while he was trying to work. We have used Paramount in our last home for repairs and new work. We love having a go to guy for our garage door needs.

TJ is the owner and does all the work. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Although the garage door’s broken spring was the reason for the call, he was also able to replace the weatherstripping along the bottom of the door which we had not been able to find someone to do.

TJ responded promptly and adjusted the opener and then didn't charge me. I've used him several times before and he never fails to exceed expectations

The job went very well. TJ was on time and professional. He installed the opener in about an hour and walked us through how to add the opener to our wifi and setup the app that came with the opener. He was also very patient with our kids who were playing outside at the time and being generally silly.

We received excellent service from TJ at Paramount Garage Doors. We had two garage door openers with separate issues. After a diagnosis from TJ, we decided to replace them both. TJ was prompt, professional, courteous, and even spent some extra time explaining how the spring on a garage door functions. We will certainly use Paramount Garage Doors in the future.

It went well both times (obviously or I wouldn't have called him back the second time). Both times he responded quickly, came out to assess the situation and make recommendations. He gave me options and listened to what I was interested in and allowed me time to come to my own decision. Once I decided to move forward he got me on his schedule quickly, came and performed the work as promised, and left my place just as clean as it was before he arrived. Took time to answer my questions and explain how everything worked as well. Would definitely recommend!

TJ has done work for me in the past and I have always found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and reasonably priced. This job was no exception. He had put an over sized bottom seal on my door 4 years ago that was rubbing against the side seals on the way down causing the door seal to curl on the ends. He replaced all the seals for me, but didn't charge me for the bottom seal because he said it should not have done that. I hadn't complained about it or said anything to him. He just did it. That is excellent service!

TJ is a very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. He immediately replaced the keypad and inspected the opener equipment, showing me where it was defective. As it was 20 years old we decided to replace it with a new WiFi garage door opener. He installed it within the next week. It works great, is quiet and easily programmed. We are very impressed and pleased with TJ's professionalism and will definitely call him in the future.

Work was done quickly and price was very reasonable.

TJ was great to work with, our garage door collapsed while opening it on 12/8/2016 and we called him at 7:45am he happened to be on our end of town so came over right away gave us an estimate and had the door replaced with a new opener by 8pm that evening. Highly recommend his services. He was professional and pleasant.

The project was a success. I chose Paramount because I had tried to use them several years before, but after an initial contact, I never got back to schedule an actual appointment. I went back to Angie's List where I originally found them, read more great reviews and decided to follow through this time. I emailed T.J. Nolen, and he contacted me right back. We first set up a diagnostic appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. We decided that a new opener, remote, keypad, etc. were in order. We set up a second appointment for the removal of the vintage opener and the installation of the new one. He had it all taken care in a few hours; even programming my car to the new garage door opener; a cool feature I was unable to use with my old opener. What a difference! The first big rain after the install had me smiling all the way home. Great experience all around.

TJ has been very prompt and professional. He's earned my business whenever I have garage door issues.

It went quite well and the installer showed up on time!! I tried another company on Angie's List who gave me an 8 hour window of time and after about 7 hours I cancelled them. That company had installed every garage door in my subdivision and could have cared less about customer satisfaction. Oh, I saved a lot of money by doing with Paramount.

Contacted TJ Nolan Monday and set appointment for Tuesday.  Tuesday's appointment was prompt and professional.  Very pleasant and knowledgeable.  The price was very fair and the best I found!  Would gladly recommend to anyone in need of garage door repair services.

He was extremely good. He was very prompt. He was out in 2 or 4 days after I called him. He charged me extra because the garage door needed some weather stripping. It was an additional service. I would use him again in future.
