Contractor was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as a licensed adjuster so I felt that they were able to get every dollar out of my insurance company that I was entitled to. This is my first ever homeowner's insurance claim and Ironclad made it very simple for me! Hopefully I won't have a need for them again, but if I do, they have my business.

I worked with Dallas Cole.  Great guy, nice and friendly.  Was also the most organized and on-top of it contractor I have ever worked with.  He over communicated and ensured I was satisfied with each step along the way. 
His background is in Banking so he was super knowledged in how this would work with the bank and insurance.  I am a first time home buyer so this was my first roof replacement.  It was definitely a nerve racking experience but he settled me down and got this figured out for me. 
As far as the time it took he was quick.  Came out and did the initial measurements, sent me a quote a day or two later, then had a crew out within a few weeks once insurance approved it.  From there he finished the work, ensured I was satisfied with everything and we wrote him a check from the insurance money.

We had a horrible experience with Ironclad Construction. We had damage caused by a hail storm in April of this year. After extensive research and reviews my husband decided Ironclad was the company he wanted to use for the repairs. We first met with the project manager (PM) in May and received the first portion of the insurance payment to get the work started. From the beginning the PM was a bit pushy and was anxious to get the check from us (let me say we received more communication from him regarding money than anything else!). We were told to expect work to begin (and siding to be completed) the last week of June. The siding was not completed in June but the second week of July but he never bothered to inform us of the delay. All of the work was not completed until August. Deadlines we were given were not met, supplies were ordered weeks after we were told they had been, multiple excuses were given and we were only updated on dates/progress/etc when WE contacted them-repeatedly . My husband contacted the PM's supervisor and was told the situation would be taken care of. Needless to say, we STILL have not finalized everything with Ironclad- not to mention the gaps between the siding and satellite cables left hanging out of the corner trim. This has been going on for nearly four months. Our neighbors had the same repairs done and completed in less than a week! Obviously they used a different company. I have expressed my frustrations to the PM and excuses were given. All I asked for was professionalism, respect of my time and communication. Three strikes, Ironclad- as promised I will never recommend your company to anyone! Hope this review keeps someone from the same frustrations and anxieties we have spent our entire summer dealing with!
