Tim, the owner, came out the same day I called. He examined the entire door and assessed the issue. He then adjusted the springs and lubricated all of the various for components. While he was here I also asked him about the seal at the bottom of the door. He was able to stretch it back out so that it sealed along it's entire length. I especially appreciated his clear explanation of everything he was doing. I will definitely call him again if I have any future garage door issues and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Garage Door of Indiana LLC (nick-owner) came out within an hour of me calling inquiring about a quote for two busted springs on our garage door - they not only had the best priced quote but did amazing work! They did a fine job. I guess it was a fair price. Probably the rubber piece didn't cost much it's the service call. But everybody has that. They were very nice. Their responsiveness was good. We are a little bit out of their way. So it took them a little bit to get down here. It was such a small job he was waiting till he got into the area. I told him I was in no hurry so whenever he was in the area. Punctuality was good.

It went very well. They got us up and running so that we could least operate the garage door electronically initially and then returned to the house days later to fix up the damaged area of plywood connected to the brick located outside of the garage door.

My garage door would not open on a Friday morning. After using Garage Door Service Of Indiana previously, I decided to give them a call again. They promised me to put me on their schedule on the same day. They showed up in the late afternoon after informing me that they would be on their way. They replaced a broken spring within 45 minutes and performed preventative maintenance on the whole garage door. 
Tim King, the owner, is very professional and knows everything about garage doors. He takes pride in his work, explains what he is doing and so far always fixed the door right away.

Tim had replaced my garage door last year, and did an excellent job, for the lowest price I could find.
When my daughter's garage door would not open, I called Tim immediately, and described the symptoms.  He diagnosed the problem on the phone, came out the next morning and replaced the torsion springs, inspected and adjusted the door.  He also advised us on how to find replacement remotes for the existing closer, rather than trying to sell us a new one.
I would use Tim any time for garage door replacement or repair.  He's an honest man who does excellent work for a fair price.

Tim came recommended and was great in every way - he explained everything clearly and instilled total confidence that he would fix my door spring correctly, to spec and in such a way that it would be durable.  The garage door works great and is quiet again!

Garage Door SERVICE of Indiana is top notch.  Tim King runs a very fine business.  This is the guy you should call if you need any help at all regarding all things garage door..including doors, functions, openers, key pads, etc.  Seriously, call this guy first.  He covers the entire Indy region. 
One of my single garage doors stopped working.  I could see cable hanging down loose and figured my spring was bad.  I called Tim in the morning and he came to my house in the afternoon.  He and his helper took care of the spring quickly.  He also generously, tightened everything, lubricated everything, checked levels and tightness on everything...on BOTH doors.  He tightened the chains on both of my openers and helped me program my outdoor key pad. 
He only charged me his standard spring install charge of $148.00 with no additional trip charges even though he thoroughly serviced both doors.  He also gave me a tip on my opener light bulbs...which have not worked the whole time I have lived in this house (one year).  I took his suggestion and now we have light in the garage when we come in at night.  Yeah, rah!
I fully expected him to tell me that wooden doors are too heavy for my springs and openers,,,but he did not.  He patiently answered all my questions and I gained much knowledge that will prevent me from future unnecessary expenses. 
Make you you get Tim King when you call. He is concerned that there is a new company in town operating under a very similar name.  Tim runs his business with lots of integrity and superb quality.  He makes sure that everything is in full operating mode before he leaves, even if that is not why he is there. 

The owner came out to give estimate and help me decide which doors I should get.  The installers came on the date they were supposed to and on time.  They took out the old doors and put in the new ones.  The work was well done and the owner came by several times to make sure everything was going as planned.  When they were done they cleaned up and everything worked great.

They arrived on time, confirmed the problem and went straight-away to the task of replacing the main spring. They were prompt, did an excellent job and performed minor tune up activities in addition to the spring replacement. They were very friendly but professional.  I would call them again for any work I require for my garage door.
