The crew had tarps over all of my plants and shrubs to protect them. They had the roof torn off within 3 hours, which was all very clean and organized. The shingles, drip edge, gutter aprons and chimney flashing were all installed within 6 hours or so. Then the crew went around the house with magnets making sure no nails were left to step on. Everything looks great and was completed in 1 day. I'm very impressed. Thanks for the great work.

Peak Exteriors handled a highly complicated homeowners insurance claim for my family. They assisted us throughout the entire process from filing the claim to finishing the entire restoration of my home, which was severely damaged by hail and wind, with quality lifetime warranted products and upgraded all of our existing products free of charge!! Our Peak representative not only provided quality products but was present for the ENTIRE construction process which took about 3 days. They were clean, followed through on every specification that was written on the contract and went above and beyond with their one on one customer service replacing all of our bad decking to the roof at no additional cost! They put a tarp over my flower beds, moved all my pots and lawn furniture away from my house to prevent any damages and I can't express how happy we are that we chose the right company to the handle the process. They used magnet rollers to pick up any nails that fell from the roof and siding tear off, walked me around the house when it was finished and I couldn't believe the attention to detail they took on all of the small things to make sure the job was done right. We were 100% satisfied with the ending result. Our home looks entirely transformed into a beautiful brand new exterior that I enjoy seeing every time I drive home from work. If you are in the Rockford area or are able to use them in any of their other locations make sure they are your first call because I can guarantee they will be your last. I was previously not a member of Angie's list but saw a commercial and just wanted to show my gratitude by making sure everyone in town knows that they are the best at what they do!
