We started with Paula who gave us our quote and she took it from there, recommending other vendors for the additional work needed which was plumbing and tile work. "Tracy and his crew were wonderful! They responded quickly to my request (Thanksgiving guests were soon arriving). Even though it was 5:00p.m. on a Friday, they didn't hesitate to tackle the job. I didn't realized I should have purchased the padding for them to install, so they generously offered to go pick it up for me. They completely their work quickly and professionally, leaving the entire 750 sq ft looking great. I highly recommend them!!

"They were responsive, professional, and actually show up when they said! This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. There were a few hiccups of course, as any large job is sure to have, but Rob and his crew were always fast to make things right without any griping. We were very satisfied."
