He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). While he was there we also had him do another unrelated plumbing job for us and that also went very well (we paid Hamm directly for the extra unrelated work)."
