"Tracy and his crew were wonderful!  They responded quickly to my request (Thanksgiving guests were soon arriving).  Even though it was 5:00p.m. on a Friday, they didn't hesitate to tackle the job. I didn't realized I should have purchased the padding for them to install, so they generously offered to go pick it up for me. Concrete tile roofs are also twice as expensive as asphalt shingle roofs, so even though they last much longer, you’ll see higher up-front costs and lower overall value from concrete roof tiles.

Add a T-shaped spacer to each corner of a tile when placing it. You’ll want to nudge the tiles closer together so the spacers are touching each corner. When you’re done installing your tile, you can remove each spacer, wash them, and use them for your next project.
