He was kind enough to "work us into" his busy schedule and we were pleasantly surprised when he kept his word and finished the job in less than a week! Wayne's work was meticulous and the happy results speak for themselves - no more leak! The wall tiles match perfectly, and the new floor tiles look great. Wayne's excellent work was only enhanced by his good communication, promptness, cleaning up after work every day, and overall pleasant demeanor. We would definitely hire Wayne again for all future bathroom remodeling work.

"Timing was 5 months out from date of hire but he started on the day he promised. Remove vanity, old jetted tub, old shower shell, tile flooring and wall that separated shower/toilet space. The demo was very neat and clean! Move toilet and install new tile shower, flooring and vanity. All the plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, millwork, and tiling work was very careful, expert and of high quality. I recommend Keith and would definitely hire him again."

"Installers Jason S. (Lead) and Tyler H. were very professional and upfront about the complications of my particular bathtub remodel, and though we had to go to a second day I felt they did a very good job. They listened to my concerns upon finishing and corrected any issues or advised me on my own correction since the issue was transitional and outside of their specific job parameters (something that might be helpful to know in the future, before the final caulk is done, specifically the need to clean my floor tiles before installation as they made a poor transition from the perfectly remodeled tub and shower and were harder to clean after final caulking). As far as all the other custom requirements they asked me, listened and implemented to my satisfaction. I am happy that they listened and adapted their job to my parameters to help address a long tern wall-splashing issue upon tub exit. The whole experience was surprisingly painless and I would definitely use West Shore again for future projects. My only other minor criticism is that the original Salesperson should more clearly state that the shower cannot be used for 24 hours after installation, as the installers did very clearly, but that had not been clear to me before they installed (perhaps glossed over too quickly by my Salesperson)."

"Eric came highly recommended from many of our neighbors. We had an excellent experience with his company and would definitely recommend him. He had some great ideas for the basement and was very easy to work with. One of the things that impressed me most was that he did not just oversee everything, but he was here working. They showed up on time and were here nearly every day. They cleaned up daily and made sure there was always paper down from the front door to basement. He was always available for questions when we were out shopping for supplies. He didn't make you buy from certain vendors, so that was a big key for us. Austin was meticulous with his tilework. We've had a lot of tilework done and I was impressed with his attention to detail. I work from home and they were not a distraction at all. They got the job done in the amount of time quoted. He also did not nickel and dime us for everything. Our staircase railing was a complete pain and they did not complain or add additional labor charges. I would not hesitate to use them for any project in the future."

"We had hired Andy to change the layout of our first-floor living room/dining room/ kitchen which was all divided up by a T shaped wall and increasing space in our master closet. Andy and his team worked diligently in taking down the wall separating the space to give it an open concept, they put new support beams, replaced the floors, new cabinets, countertop, light fixtures, sliding door leading to the outside, tile backsplash with focus tile work behind the stove, and custom carpentry around the island to give it a farmhouse feel, our master closet got custom work done as well increasing the space. I greatly appreciated the communication, and their professionalism and enabling me to work from home while the work was being conducted. The project started and finished on time and if I had any concerns they were validated and addressed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend yesteryear. Andy and his team without any reservation and would be hiring them in Spring for our bathroom project."

"Prior to project start, the owners were required to visit several locations to select the tile for the shower and tub, tile for the floor, plumbing fixtures including the johns, and granite for the counter tops Work was started on the master bathroom by completely gutting the shower stall. Centennial has craftsmen specializing in certain areas, so the overall quality of work was outstanding. Concrete boards were installed in the shower, then the walls were tiled, the floor tile was laid, the new cabinet installed, the granite countertop installed, all plumbing fixtures installed, the fan/light installed, and the shower door installed. Then the work on the second bathroom was done in much the same manner. Since this bathroom was wall papered, the drywall was ripped out and replaced. Both bathrooms were painted with the owner’s selected color. Finally, workmen installed the owner purchased towel bars, paper holders, medicine cabinets, grab bars, and shower curtain. The carpenter work on the staircase railings and spindles was fantastic. This is quite visible at the home entry door and adds class to the whole house. The whole project was managed by Dave who did a wonderful job supervising the project and keeping us informed when workmen were coming and what they would be doing. At no time during the project did we lack a place to take a shower. The overall price was high and the time to complete the project was too long, but the two bathrooms look absolutely great and we are very pleased with the outcome."
