"I’m a 70 year old Senior. I had sagging at the end of my hall, in my 3-BR ranch home. I got five other quotes, none of which suggests a problem with my foyer or kitchen. They sent out some 20 something young man -that clearly did not know what he was doing to complete my main beam replacement project. I mentioned to David (the 20 something) and his assistant IMMEDIATELY, that my kitchen cabinets had pulled away from the wall and the foyer was tilting. Several times. He assured me that he would run the beam right up under the kitchen between the kitchen and the foyer, to the garage door —to correct it! I had an intense disagreement with him when he tried to leave and did not make any attempt to correct the damage. The damage they had caused. I used my burial money to correct this sagging in the hall-and they left me with a huge problem with my foyer and kitchen that WASN’T THERE BEFORE, that they caused, & knew they caused. Indiana foundation, now Groundworks, sent Blake to my house under the guise of completing my first adjustment to the main beam, and as I had instructed them, to formulate their repair project based on a certified Home Inspection Specialist that I had hired to let me know what, specifically, Ind Found. should do to correct the serious problem they created. They promised to schedule the repair work at that time, but have ghosted to me ever since coming to see the damage they caused and formulate the repair. I have not been able to get in contact with them since; I’ve left numerous v-mails and texts. They have no integrity towards my project and nor will they have ANY integrity towards yours."

They did a phenomenal job, pouring a thick quality product and taking the extra care to cut/square up the existing drive so it was flush. "Very disappointed in selecting Central Paving to improve my home with a rework and addition to my driveway. Workmanship and customer service has been a mess. The job done looks very poor and certainly has not added to my home's curb appeal or value. We had a asphalt extension and rework done to our prior home and it was beautiful! It was solid black, smooth, and rich looking. I couldn't stop looking at and telling everyone about it. However, this time it looks terrible. It has a big gray spot in the middle of it, big scrapes, and a big brown dirt looking line around the edge of it that I can't power wash away. I told/asked the sales rep. William about it within the first week after the curing time and could be used. After calling him many many times to get an answer I have only received excuses and now no response. It took all summer of me calling him to get scheduled (a customer shouldn't have to do) and received excuse after excuse of why it hadn't been done. I have wasted way to much of my time, energy, and bad feelings on this small home improvement project, and the improvement part didn't even happen..."

"Mason’s demolished and replaced ou 1200 sq ft driveway in August 2023 at a cost of $11,000. In January 2024 we noticed pitting after two small snowfalls. We had not used any salt on our driveway. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
