Very well. The workers were on time and very courteous and professional. The tree to be removed was difficult to get to and the crew took the time to make sure it was done safely and without any damage to the surrounding yards. The crew took care of having the power and cable lines taken down with minimal service interruption. The clean up was very thorough. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and would definitely use this company again. The price quote was very competitive.

Had plenty of qualified professional workers and equipment to handle the work required. Took 9:30am to 4:00pm, Our hedge is 29 years old. too much for us to trim it around the entire backyard. They remove the entire hedge and dug out the roots. They chip the stamp out form the tree they remove. and all the branches and the hedge where chip onsite. They clean the entire yard, Very please with the outcome, and yes I will hire then again. Did a great job cleaning it up. They were awesome.

It went perfectly. A large crew arrived on time with lots of equipment. Each tree was trimmed for the best possible outcome. The largest tree was an aged cottonwood that is Huge. Steve went up the tree with ropes and carefully removed large limbs but kept the integrity of the tree. I was happy with every trim including the removal of a large evergreen shrub that was growing right over the gas line. Everything went well and safely. No limbs fell into the neighbor's yard and all trimmings were removed and mulched on site. I was very satisfied and will definitely hire again. A+

I had a large Ash (dead) tree I needed cut down and removed from my property. I feared the tree would eventually fall and take out my relatively new fence, giving my adventurous dogs an escape route. I was assured by the friendly and professional staff at Complete Tree Care that they could do the job with out destroying my fence. Steve (Office Manager) and Rob (Customer Consultant) were professional, responsive and well educated in their respective fields. The best part was the completed work. In these Zoom times in can be annoying and distracting to hear large equipment and chain saws while trying to work from home. Myself and surrounding neighbors are all working from home. Complete Tree Care showed up as scheduled. 7 men in 6 trucks with other large equipment showed up to work. They didn't mess around, getting straight to it. They didn't mind that I observed their work from a safe distance. They safely took down the Ash tree, removed a small pine, stump grinded both and cleaned up my beautiful maple in just a few hours. They educated me on my maple. My yard has never been this clean and free of small sticks and tree debree. The hard working crew didn't disappoint. I had several opportunities to interact with this crew. I knew they were a great group right away. They were all polite, professional and hard working. They each had a responsibility and got right to it. I thought about it after they left. I didn't even know who was in charge because they were all leaders in my book. It's possible that I may have paid a little more than the competition but it was worth every penny. Well done Complete Tree Care!

Great! The guys are respectful and knowledgeable and responsive to requests (like, I wanted some firewood saved...they cut it to size and moved it where I wanted it). They know trees! I highly recommend Complete Tree Care.

Complete Tree Care was very professional. They set expectations upfront and executed well. They laid 4’x8’ sheets of plywood across the yard to minimize ruts from the heavy equipment which was much appreciated. I am the third homeowner on my court to use Complete Tree Care over the past five years. Will definitely use them again.

the crew showed up in a timely fashion and completed the job within 2 days, including all clean up. The job did include stump grinding. The crew was very courteous and we always knew what they were doing and why. Our property looks so much better now.

I can't say enough good things about Complete Tree Care. I've used them twice in the last year for different projects. Both times the work has been excellent. They really know what they are doing, and, importantly, they clean up really well after themselves. The people I interacted with on both jobs were friendly and professional. I have used Complete Tree Care over the years for all of my tree care. They are always reasonable, do a great job and cleanup after the job is finished. I will always use them for my trees.

They came in 2 days even though they were already booked on other jobs. The size and location of the broken limb required using a bucket lift. The limb was 25 ft long and was 35 ft up. They also trimmed all of the dead wood in the rest of the tree. They cleaned up thoroughly and were done in 2 hours. They charged $700 because of the bucket use and because it was an emergency, forcing them to leave another job.

Not real good. They left the tree too high and it was dead at the time. They should have been waist high. It was as tall as our barn. Which right now, the outer shell is falling off. When we contract them this morning and spoke to the manager said he will be happy to come back but, with a charge. They shouldn't have left the tree like that because it was dead in the first place They just act like they did not care. .

Very Well. Crew of 4 arrived as scheduled,were very thorough and professional. Job was complete as promised and properly cleaned up. Trees looked very nice.

I had several trees that were in very difficult, tight positions that, had something gone wrong, could have resulted in a lot of damage to either my or my neighbors' properties. Complete Tree Service expertly navigated all the difficulties of tree position by climbing and lowering branches by pulley system. Their ability to remove large trees from tight spaces was exemplary. Their cleanup was swift and excellent. They're the best I've ever worked with.

The work went very well, they cleaned up so well after themselves, especially the sweet gum tree, not a single sweet gum ball left behind, even in the street. The trees they trimmed look so much better now. We were very pleased with their work, and would recommend to family and friends.

From Steve in the office to Rob doing the estimating and scheduling of the work, the crews doing the work, Doug has put together an excellent company. Everyone arrived at their scheduled time, all work done as requested, clean up was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had 2 Bradford pear trees trimmed in my front yard. Complete Tree Care was top notch from start to finish. They come out to do an estimate within a couple days of my initial call. They came out to trim the trees within 10 days of me calling to schedule. They were able to work around my work/sleep schedule (I sleep during the day) to get the trees trimmed. The crew that came to trim the trees was very conscientious of my property and left it cleaner than when they arrived!! I could not be happier! I will call Complete Tree Care for any future tree work.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Very professional and helpful from the first phone call. Came out twice to give estimates (I added to the first one). Reasonable compared to other bids I received. They arrived on time with all their equipment. The crew was so efficient during the entire process. I noted the safety procedures involved and the exact science of taking down this almost 50 year old tree. They wasted no time and cleaned up everything. They only way I knew they were there was my ash tree was gone. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt and professional. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule. The crew was all business....they came on time, completed the job, cleaned up and left. Boards were laid down to protect the lawn. The key reason for using Complete Tree Care Inc., was customer service. Rob came to my home and met with me so we could discuss the job.......instead of having the customer try to explain, over the phone, what kind of work they want done.

Very well. Better than we anticipated. They shaped the trees nicely and this spring the trees will look so much healthier (and safer!!! We had huge limbs falling!)
