"Truly wonderful company and experience. I have had Showecker Masonry do work for me many years ago and wholeheartedly recommend them. This project was to drill holes in my brick to accommodate new carriage lighting on my garage. The excellent communication, masterful craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness shown by Bob, Linda, and their crew are above other companies. Bob and Linda both contacted me immediately upon requesting a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, and accommodated my schedule. Bob and his crew were right on time, very professional and informative on what they did, incredibly efficient, and left their work area tidy. They went above and beyond and even installed and secured electrical boxes in the brick for my new lighting. The cost for the work done was more than fair and beat out other companies I received quotes from. I will definitely use Showecker Masonry for future needs and highly recommend them for yours."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with John, actually a pretty bad one that left us having to bring other people to fix the job. After John was done with the work which turned out fine, he had leftover material and decided on his own to use the product. He decided to make an additional “parking space” in the in the entrance of our home on top of our rock/gravel entrance. Who told him to do that or authorize him, I don’t know. My husband had paid him when he was already done with the initial work so there was no way to withhold any payment. Now he refuses to bring someone to remove."

"asked for seal coating and minor repairs. There are cracks that the sealer doesn't address. he did patch a couple of small areas. Louis pointed some of the previous crack seals while he was giving me the estimate. My understanding was that he would fill the cracks. He has a different point of view. When I asked him why he didn't fill them he said it wasn't part of the job. He went on to say that his recommendation would be to do a 2 inch resurface. When I asked him why did didn't recommend that at the beginning he said he only does what the customer asks. He did a good job of cleaning and prepping the surface. The areas without the cracks look great. I wish he would have taken the time to make his recommendation prior to doing something he wouldn't do to his own property. Disappointed."

"I decided to hire QC&R to install a concrete driveway for my Meridian Kessler home after interviewing multiple contractors. They were not the least or most expensive, but I made my decision for reasons beyond cost. This was my first major home improvement project, so I was a bit nervous. I had a strong gut feeling I would be satisfied, and I was impressed with their communication, professionalism, and the fact they are a family-owned, local business. I was not disappointed! Not only is my driveway beautiful, but the experience was positive from start to finish. The team was respectful, hard-working, and took great pride in their craftsmanship. Christian stayed in touch with me, proactively, and followed up promptly after I reached out to him. This business was very busy, and due to weather delays outside of their control, they faced obstacles. Nevertheless, they always made me feel like I was their most important customer. "Overall it went very well. They actually came out ahead of schedule to pour the concrete. The only problem we experienced was concrete splatter on the wooden base to our fire table and the poles to the gazebo on our patio. This could have been prevented with a little plastic wrapped around those areas. We ended up having them scrape off the big chunks of splatter, which did remove some of the paint. Indianapolis Concrete provided a discount to compensate for us having to repaint these areas. There did seem to be some scheduling conflicts with David, the professional that came to seal the concrete and remove the splatter. I don't think this was entirely his fault, though. We planned to have the solvent-based sealer done on both the new concrete and the existing. When he came out, he determined that the solvent base would not adhere to the existing concrete because a water-based sealer was previously used. He did not have the water-based sealer, so he had to make a second trip back to complete that part of the job. I think this could have been avoided if someone had verified beforehand what type of sealers we needed and have all supplies needed at the time. He ended up having to come over on a weekend to complete the sealing, which we appreciated him getting it done, but felt bad that he had to do this on a weekend. He was also the repair guy, that ultimately was able to scrape the big chunks of splatter off the fire table. Overall, everyone we dealt with was very professional and responsive to our questions. Josh was the project manager and his co-manager was Tim. Tim came out once the concrete was poured to inspect the work. We worked through Josh when we noticed the splatter, and he made sure it was resolved to our satisfaction. Yes, we would recommend having Indianapolis Concrete for any future projects."
